▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬First Encounter Assault Recon: Training/Discipline Department▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Index: ➀ Introduction ➁ The Training Essentials ➂ Department of Advancement
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➊ Introduction➊▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
As in all modern militaries, Training is a significant part of the general composition of the regiment and its warriors. Through training, regiments intend on developing the skills of their warriors. Most clans offer a tactile experience in training though the First Encounter Assault Recon applies a series of mental activities in addition to a tactile experience for total effectiveness.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➋ The Training Essentials ➋▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Training is concentrated on three primary categories; combat, leadership, and discipline. These are the initial priorities in training our military.
Combat: Combat is an essential part of any military regiment. Training in tactile combat in an attempt to develop greater skill in the area as opposed to standard team death matches and free for all’s is how we intend on completing this. During each training session, a skill is introduced and our members are lectured on what it is and how to do it before applying it to a tactile activity.
Leadership: Though most useful during OFF/MAJ diverse training sessions, leadership is another essential skill that much be shared among our members. Our members are introduced to a specified skill and apply it during each activity. Few activities during leadership activities range from passing obstacle courses in one attempt to coordinating an assault on the battlefield.
Discipline: The Discipline department of the regiment is strongly incorporated with the Training Department. Another major goal is to develop a sense of control among our members. Discipline trainings commonly include lectures over our expectations though few tactical activities may go on as well.
Activates are held in each category of training off of one skill. Prior to the start of each activity, the trainer must transition by explaining about a certain skill, how to do it, about the activity and what you may get from it.
Trainings are also to be diverse by rank. Meaning, REC/PVTs may have separate trainings from one another, as well as OFFs and other ranks. OFF/MAJ training is to become a priority among our members as well and will begin with these new procedures.
Discipline: The Discipline System during training sessions will work as follows. Our Members will be allowed several opportunities before given consequences. On the fourth opportunity, they will be issued a demotion. Regardless of their rank.
1. Warning [ Consequence of Choice by Trainer ] 2. Warning #2 [ Consequence of Choice by Trainer ] 3. Kick or Consequence of Choice by Trainer 4. Ban/Demotion
We are developing a "Point" System for the regiment as well of which will be introduced soon. The information above is an alternative until introduced.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬➋ Department of Advancement ➋▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
An Officer reformation will occur with these new procedures. The Military Police will serve as the official division for all officers. All officers will be obliged to join the division to keep their rank. The division will log the ranks of the officers and how they compare.
A new division, The F.E.A.R. Military [Police] Academy, is also being established. All Majors, who are given authorization and who are tested by a Prime, will be allowed permission into the division. In order to become an Officer, a Major must graduate from the academy. The Officer Capacity will be 50.
In order to become a MAJ, You must graduate from the F.E.A.R. School Academy or be given an invitation by a General/Prime. The Major and Officer rank may NOT be given during a training session.
These are the procedures that will be going on until the "Point" System is established.

MASTER,
When I posted the first forum saying "If you want to be an Advisor, Contact me." Fire and Andrew were first to respond. |

Absolutely fantastic. As the Advisor of Education, appointed by Fire, I am very happy with the terms of this. It will make training VERY efficient. Thank goodness for the ingenuity of our COLs, GENs, PENs and our COM. This is a wonderful system; I look forward to putting it to great use in my trainings and various activities/contests for the F.E.A.R. School Academy AND for F.E.A.R. Thank you, DoctorCooper.
