What happened: Recently the market fee was raised to 30 percent. This means that Roblox now taxes (or takes) 30% off of every trade, 30% off of every clothing sale, and 30% off of every limited/limited u item.
Why it happened: There was too many robux/tickets circulating all over ROBLOX. There are over 30 million accounts on Roblox, that's about 10 million tickets for the ones that log in every day, and even more robux for those accounts who have BC. With those 30 million accounts more of them are buying clothes, which are being made Marie and more often. Those accounts play some of the most popular games, giving some users over 10 MILLION robux. Jaredvaldez4 alone has over 2.6 million robux, accounting for over 0.001% of ALL the robux on ROBLOX. More limited/limited u items are being sold, and prices for those collectible items are sky rocketing to prices as high as 1 BILLION robux. The biggest reason is the new trading feature. Now more then ever ROBLOXians are capitalizing on limited/limited u items by using that trading system. People are becoming Richmond and spending that money on more limited/limited us, more clothes, and trading more people. ROBLOX administers saw that there was to many robux circulating around the site, and had to intercepted. The questioned themselves, and thought how could they possibly contain the billions of robux all over the site. So they had an idea: raise the market fee.
What does that mean for all ROBLOXians? ROBLOXian administers simply thought that it would only mean that whenever a user buys, sells, or trades an item they get 1/3 of the cash, instead of 1/4. However for us, it means that prices will raise for everything. People will be marking their prices up on their clothes, VIP's, Limited/limited u items, and trades. Example: instead of rounding a VIP t-shirt prices to 100 robux, they mark up the price so that when they make the sale, instead of getting 66 robux (because ROBLOX gets 30% of that 100$) they make the price higher so that they still get that 100 robux when someone buys the t-shirt. The user who has the most money on ROBLOX is ROBLOX of course. Whenever someone makes a trade, sells an item, or buys an item ROBLOX gets a part of that cash. It's not 30% of the cash. Only ROBLOX administers know how much 'ROBLOX' has, but it's estimated that he has well over 40% of ALL robux/tickets. However, there are 3 ways to currency without giving any of it to anyone but yourself: the first being the login award. Everytime 24-hours when you log in you receive 10 tickets to your account, which is not taxed. The second being the builders club log in award. Lastly is getting place visits. For people like 1dev2, jaredvaldez4, playrobot, pieperson50 and a few others, they are receiving millions of tickets because of their popular games, which can be traded in to get robux.
Why is too many robux/tickets a bad thing: To many people, it see s that if everyone was rich it wouldn't be such a bad thing, it is. It is best to answer this question metaphorically: Imagine if everyone in the world was rich, they were all billionaires. Instead of people buying small houses, they would by big ones, no one would want to work, no one would want to be driven. Everyone would want to sit around, and enjoy the money while it lasts. Without people working nothing gets done, and everyone gets lazy. Basically, on ROBLOX, everyone would buy the most expensive hats, and there would be no 'rich players'. Meaning that all limited/limited u items loose their value, all clothing items and hats loose their value, and the Roblox economy crumbles.

the anology about all rich is good, thats why raising taxes for rich in RL is insane, but to get off the politics track, its just insanity, and this article is very late.

First, learn to summarize
Second, 90% of the ROBUX being put into circulation comes from daily BC. They should attack the problem at the source.
"items are sky rocketing to prices as high as 1 BILLION robux." RAP tells the value better then the lowest price.
"Whenever someone makes a trade, sells an item, or buys an item ROBLOX gets a part of that cash. It's not 30% of the cash." Lol'd at that. ROBLOX doesn't actually get that money it gets deleted xD
"Lastly is getting place visits. For people like 1dev2, jaredvaldez4, playrobot, pieperson50 and a few others, they are receiving millions of tickets because of their popular games, which can be traded in to get robux." And they don't spend very much of that money do they?
And the last thing is, inflation is no problem. Yeah it slows down sales of ROBUX a little bit but if 1 mil is considered rich now. Then all the sudden everyone one had 1 mil it would take lets say 10 mil to be rich.
LMaD is not for you.
