Usually, this is for mostly for new people of ROBLOX who aren't sure where to find the help such as roblox wiki or even Builderman's help page.
We all know there is already a "More" sign right at the top, once clicked; beneath will show a "help" sign and clicking that links to Builderman's site.
If some people cant find the question they need then they will get to speak to a online veteren that hasn't been inactive for over a week (these are volunteers)
Once asked; that person will be private messaged and must at least send an answer back in one week. If the person doesn't get the answer then it will say when they log in to check their email as they have a message over due. If this happens twice in a row then they will be removed as helpers for some time. There will also be a date at the side in red for the deadline.
The helper can also be reported if it was completely opposite on what the asker was looking for as it would say "Did this not answer your question?" The person will also get removed for sometime as helpers for some time too.
This is mostly an aim to reduce messages sent to the moderators so they have to worry about the other important things in Roblox.
There will be no benefits given to volunteers but the person will be given a new badge, this will be removed if the person has been removed from this.

OK, I support.
If the player that requested the help clicked the "Did this not answer your question?" button, the helper shouldn't get reported immediately as there might have been a misunderstanding. Instead, if the helper sends more than one unhelpful messages, then it would be fine to end his helper career. |

Legolas, ok maybe a second chance should be added. But if this didn't answer the question then the same message will be sent to another person which in some cases have the next person actually answer properly. |
