I need an idea, of what the main objective would be.
Like what the raiders will be after, and have to hold for an amount of time.
The raid system will be like this, they take over an area, and they spawn in the area.
The raider team can take over the Police Station, the SDF city building, and the government building.
When they take the buildings, they will spawn there until a specific team reclaims it.
( Going to have it so, only Police can reclaim the police station, and only SDF can reclaim the military base and etc. So we don't have JSDF forces using a police station as their main base. )
However I have yet to formulate a plan on where the defending teams will spawn if they lose one of their bases. If I make them spawn at the raider camp, then the Police could spawn there, with the other raiders. ( Possibly )
I am determining whether I should make the Government building the required building to take over, however using the above plan, would mean a Government official would have to be present. So I may just place a special area that is easy to defend from attackers, however can be quickly out flanked by snipers, thus making it easier on both raiders and defenders.

My clan would probably surpass the USA group, due to it's way of raiding, and the theme of which it uses. |

make it so they have to break into the police station, get a bomb, bring to capitol, then activate it which takes like 10 min.

| you can make it so the raiders and defenders have a choice on where to spawn. defenders spawn at a default base if they lose all buildings, and raiders spawn at their default camp. the primary objective can be a flag in a fort, but no one can spawn in there. |

| Caveman, If that were the case, then the JSDF would have to deal with constant enemy reinforcements from the Police station. |

| The city center has a terminal. At the start of each server it is neutral. The attacking team must control the city center and keep it for however long you choose. |

have the raiders storm a capitol building and burn the flag
or just have them hack into the primary government database |

or, make it so they have to call in reinforcements
like an h/ message alerting every minute.
"Raider reinforcements coming in 8/15 minutes!"
then at 0 they win.

@at my flag over theirs idea:
one flag at each main building such as police, capitol, etc. Must have ALL their flags over yours at the same time for ten minutes.
@other idea
that wont really work out for the three bases

Working on a GUI, that will come up when you start the game or respawn.
( Similar to the idea of choose where you spawn ) |

make it so that your group/raiders can control one of the other teams spawn groups so that they cant spawn there, if all spawns are taken, there is a spawn in very back of base.
but no team can take other spawns until raid is official.
