I – Classification II – Releasing III – Punishments
I. Under this protocol, anything that is considered classified and may or may not have a code word may not be released to the public. Any releasing of this will result in punishment. ONI operatives will never tell friends, squadmate, or COs in a different branch about ONI projects.
II. Only Section II is allowed to release top secret information regarding classified operations or projects with permission from the Director of ONI and the current serving leader of the UNSC. Under no circumstances is an ONI operative to release information to the public without approval. III. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a zero tolerance policy for releasing information about classified projects and operations to the public. There are no warnings or strikes. Punishments for releasing anything that is classified with permission may range from small to severe depending on the seriousness of the crime. Releasing any kind of information to the public will result in a demotion/suspension, exile from The Office of Naval Intelligence or exile from the UN Space Command. Letting non-ONI onto ONI property without the Directors permission can also result in one of the above punishments.

ONI Headquarters protocol
I – Guarding II – Uniforms and Equipment iii – Meetings iiii – ONI Facility Compromised
I. If an Office of Naval Intelligence Operative is currently at the headquarters when it is public they are to guard the exterior gate and the lobby from intruders, including UN Space Command that are not authorized to enter. Only people who the Director allows are allowed in the building. This applies to all ranks of the UNSC space Command. Allowing anybody except for authorized personnel or other ONI operatives is punishable with exile. No excuses, no warnings.
ii. Uniforms and equipment are found on the meeting floor, once in the server grab your uniform, if you did not wear it into the game (which you should be wearing), grab your gear, and head to your post if you have one. Allowing anybody else inside the armory is punishable with exile unless they are authorized. No excuses, no warnings.
iii. Meetings are held on the meeting floor, where the armory is. If you interrupt a meeting in process and it is not a good reason, you could be subject to kick, ban, or exile depending on the issue at hand. Non-essential/low-ranking ONI members are to be posted outside to guard until the dismissal of the meeting.
iiii. if the headquarters is compromised, an ONI member with the right clearance has to activate the self-destruct button and destroy all evidence of projects there with it. The place will then be on lock-down.

ONI Field agent protocol
I – rank ii – limitations/restrictions iii – equipment iiii – filing reports iiiii – providing evidence
i. ONI operatives have no set rank unless they are in a different division as well. They then pertain to the ranks there and must be stationed in that division’s attire, unless stated otherwise. ONI operatives can strictly be taken away from a division’s command for an operation or mission so that the operative can get his/her job done. That does not mean that they are invincible to punishment from committing any sort of act that a regular division member could do unless it was specifically ordered to.
II. An ONI agent is only limited when they are in a division and not on a mission. ONI operatives report ONLY to the director of ONI and the leader of the UN Space Command. Under no circumstances are they to report to any other HIGHCOM, CENTCOM, etc.
iii. ONI operatives are not limited in the equipment that they need, they can use any means of weaponry, transportation etc. to get the job done.
iiii. ONI operatives are urged to file a report every time an incident happens that involves a higher rank doing something wrong, or if it pertains to other incidents such as team killing and so on. Missions, operations, and projects require reports to be sent directly to the director who will then determine whether it will be sent elsewhere.
iiiii. When a report involving an incident has occurred, ONI operatives must provide some proof in the form of witnesses, photos, videos, or text that shows that ONI operatives are telling the truth. ONI members are urged to report any admin abuse and other unwanted behavior committed by HIGCOM to the Director of ONI. |

I think the "incident" part was sort of the MP's job. But all they do is stand around and look important.

| @Smg, Yes you're right, I have never really seen an MP do that, so ONI must take matters into their own hands. |

| These sets of rules make it seem as though HIGHCOM Has no authority over ONI which then would make ONI basically the new highcom and that doesn't make sense. Also have these rules been approved by keyrut? Even though you are head of ONI keyrut needs to revise the rules. |
