Dear APN,
First of all I know that I havnt been as active as I'd like or as you'd like but it is what it is. Anyways I have noticed major issues in APN lately and Im going to address each one of them in a different forum considering I have a LOT to say about each one and I dont want your brains to explode from to much words. Anywho here's the first issue: Fighting with each other.
I have noticed that a lot of our Lower Ranks are picking fights with our Higher Ranks, vise a versa AND MANY of our HR's are starting to fight with other HR's. This is unacceptable by any means.
This is how APN works: There's Reaven who is our Leader, then there's the Admirals who help Reaven out and do a lot of field work as well as diplomatic work, then there's the Captains who help train the Lower Ranks and assist in any means necessary, then there's the Officers, and so on and so on. We have a good chain of command here. However it seems that some of you forget this.
It is ok to DEBATE with a higher rank over an issue, but to go as far as to call them names, insult their leadership, tell them they are not suited for their rank, THAT is where I draw the line. It is your duty, LR's Im talking to you, to follow the Higher Ranks no matter what. If you dont agree with something then talk to them on the side, not in the middle of training, during a raid, or on the wall. All of APN does NOT need to know about your problems so take it else where.
As for you Higher Ranks, do you know why we are HR in the first place? We have shown not only most, if not all of APN, but also Reaven that we are mature, loyal, caring, and we embody all the traits that make APN soldiers APN. Picking fights with Lower Ranks, and worst of all with each other, is NOT acceptable at all!
Low Ranks may get annoying at times but I view them as litle brothers and sisters. They get on your nerves, yes, but they are the future of APN. It is our job, duty, and obligation to train them, help them, and fight beside them no matter what to help shape them into future leaders for the good of APN. Fighting with them over stupid reasons that caues tension is NOT the way to do it.
Then there's the HR vs HR fights. How are we supposed to do our job and how are the LR's supposed to follow their leaders if it's the people who lead them that are at each other's throats 24/7? Answer: THEY CANT. As HR's we cannot afford to let stupid issues get in between each other. We are supposed to lead our troops into battle, train them, and guide them not show them a drama show about who did what to whom.
APN, we are a group. Do you guys understand what a group is? If you though 'it's a bunch of people joined together' you're sort of right. A group is a bunch of people, that part is true, but we are more then "joined together" We are people who share the same views, we fight common enemies, we defend each other and our group's name, and most of all we are a team. We are always there for each other no matter what. Teams are groups of people who are literally each other's families. Yes we arent related by any means biologically but we are related through what we go through, through our hardships, our victories, our stupid fights, and our happy times. Dont let silly issues ruin this. We are better then this APN so I ask you, knock it off with the fights.
This is all I have to say about this issue, next one will come up shortly.

| You're a saint for addressing these. It's been addressed by me in the past, but I kind of gave up on my campaign. |

| I know it's not, but it's pathetic seeing a HR saying "Tl;dr" to an important post. |

@Activeness,
Most of us HR's are in High School, or just entered high school. I my self, just entered 9th grade, and I am busy from the 5am in the morning, till the time I can come on, which is usually 9pm at night. So, basically. Most of us are just really busy, and don't have time to play ROBLOX 24/7.
@Arguments,
Flaming should not be included, when arguing.
But, arguments are going to happen. That's just humanity. A lot of times, arguments are good. For which most of the time, they solve issues, and get them pointed out. Which in the end, get's resolved.
And, bad Dave! |

| Walle yes you are free people and therefore you have this choice to make. Either show your pride for the good of the group and live up to APN's name by helping it retain it's peace and honor by not fighting over stupid things or sit back and watch us all bite each others' heads off. You said you're free people, so here's your choice. |

Thread to end arguments causes arguments between HRs and Reaven. Sounds good.
I skimmed it, I guess it does not pertain to me exactly. But I do have a suggestion.
When AgentJazzyJ was still an Officer, he created threads regarding respect. He organized his points into bullets and only used a couple sentences for each. I have troubles simplifying to using less words to get my point across myself...
But, I don't think the average member would want to read these paragraphs.
It's just a suggestion, cut the size in half, get to the point, and lessen some of the detail and explanation. (You're a lot like me, so I know that can be difficult). If you can do it, then this will be a lot more effective and will make a more efficient use of your time.

Approved I haven't noticed HRs fighting amongst themselves publicly recently. If any HRs do have a dispute ask another HR to help settle it. That's what friends are for. I have seen a little bit of the disrespect and the HR LR arguing. The rule on that which you've very clearly restated is to settle it later in a mature manner or have another HR impartial to both sides step in and settle it. LRs should never be afraid to message another HR about something somebody is doing wrong. HRs should under no circumstances fall to peer pressure and gang up on LRs without valid reason. It is expected that each person be given a fair say in what goes on but doing it in a way that does not disrupt the chain of command. Ingame HRs have control. Out of game we are supposed to listen to opinions and respond accordingly. ---Kirbycaden/BK02/Ellernate |

Very good Darkrai, It's nice to see some people making an effort. (You and Talah instantly come to mind). I wish we had more of you, but sadly we don't so you keep doing what you're doing and hope more follow, because you're a perfect example of what Alversians should strive to be. You make mistakes occasionally but you see them, admit to them, and work on them. Not that you make mistakes regularly, my point is, nobody is ever "done" becoming an Alversian, because we should always strive to be better, and that's exactly what you do.
If that makes any sense?
Shortened version: Nice. :P
