Apologies if I wasn't a real sport, but I simply can't reply without knowing what you mean't in your post.
But nonetheless, i'll get to the point. As far as I can tell, the FloodCheck timer has always ran upon its approximate; or likely close to, time it takes to post again. If anything from ordinary, has been altered, then it must be because of the activity that has aroused that specific forum community. |
