There is nothing wrong with it. Most of the Olympic players are vegetarians. It boosts your energy, because meat has tons of fat that makes you slow. ;3 So um, Vienna is it? Nothing wrong with it. And all of you "Umg eat mor mcdonalds, its meet" even if you must eat meat.. why would you shove that chemical, pesticide mess if your poor mouth? |

@Vie I was a vegan for a day. I was super energetic. And for you younger players, metabolism is how much/quickly your body can handle fats and sugars, and turn it into energy. Slow metabolism makes you chubby if you eat too much. |

Lemme get my book. It lists quite a few. Chew this fun fact! 3 people were put to a endurance test. A active meat eater, an active vegetarian, and a sedimentary (Or whatever, a person who usually sits around) The meat eater came last, then sedimentary, then active vegetarian. |

Insufficient protein = muscles can't tear and rebuild = you'll end up very weak. And tofu/beans are just horrid. |

Thank you acid! I've been studying rocks recently.. Well, beans are great, tofu is stinky, and spinach has so much protein its not even funny. |

Wow, that fun fact must be so accurate and not even biased. Alright then, who are these vegetarians in the Olympics or whatever?
I once took a "what would I taste like to a cannibal" quiz and it says I taste like tofu. Tofu can't taste bad at all. I'd like to try it, even though being an omnivore. |

This was basically the point of my other post. Eating only meat and eating only vegetables are both unecessary and possibly unhealthy diet choices. |

@Super Okay, screw it. Too many haters. Read Diet for a New America, watch food Inc, and you'll understand. I can't say carnivores. Thats purely meat. Its true, I don't care, ask Vienna. Go on a week of veganism. If you aren't more energetic..

@Vincentspike
Veganism can be pretty unhealthy. Hard to obtain iron and calcium and all that. |
