To clarify, calling it a 'Ro-War' implies the vast majority of major groups are participating, not just two supergroups.
But for the most part, I think FEAR and RAT are just going to duke it out for a few weeks before the upper ranks of each realize it's futile, and either declare a draw, call on allies, or lose interest and just let the lower ranks fight it out for a while. |

Exactly.
At this point, it's just two supergroups fighting like usual. The only difference being that they'd actually bothered to make it offical this time. |

That's coming from a bit of personal bias, don't you think? :\
I tend to think that FEAR is a bit more...'elite'. Not because of training or anything, but simply because of the better quality of members. But, factor in all the noobs that ARE in there, and it's bascially a wash. |
