| Since we should all know that the devs removing bytecode did not break the mainstream skiddie dll exploit, what do you guys think they implemented to stop the reign of terror? |

If you look in the parent to "rbxasset://", you will see that it is RobloxPlayer.exe, or RobloxStudio.exe. They have separated the Studio from the Client, so, that doesn't stop the dll injection, but it does stop the ones that give you studio functions, since they are no longer there. Now, you could just make your own studio functions, but, none of that is leaked quite yet. |

They just put up more walls (See: game of walls and ladders). There's no true solution to the problem that will just work.
The best thing that can be done is to use the network replication filters, which totally protects the server-side from attack if done correctly.
As for protecting the client, you can only do so much. As long as the data is there to be rendered a sufficiently smart attacker _will_ be able to extract it. And there's more and more of those "sufficiently smart attackers" as Roblox matures.
That said, there's still a lot to be done, and the walls can still be made much much higher than they are now. |

@TheCapacitor
Sigh...
I can prove all to you that they never separated it, but I can't speak out in the forums like this. Well, I'd just give you a short proof, if you join a game and get Task Manager out, select Roblox - [Place1] in the Applications and right click and 'Go to process'. It'll select a process and right click it, 'Open file location'. It'll either get you to RobloxPlayer.exe or RobloxStudio.exe, w/e. Double click that file and it'll open a Roblox with Roblox studio. This proves that Studio and the Client was never separated, but they are _planning_ to do so (or so it seems). |

| Just recently the actual code in the exes changed, meaning that one is for a server and another a client. |
