V1.8
[THE BASICS]
So, some of you may be in the dark about NCO trainings. Well, basically, a NCO training is a special form of training, where a Sergeant, or Lieutenant gets a chance at being the trainer, under the supervision of a Colonel, or General. This is the only way an individual can earn CP at a training. I would advise that each Colonel hosts at least 1 NCO training every 1 week, so people are getting as much opportunity as possible.
[HOW THE NCO IS CHOSEN]
[Choice one: random]
All Corporals-1st Lieutenants will be brought aside, excluding ones which have hosted an NCO in the past week. The trainer will punish the others, and ff a random person. This person will be the NCO, as long as he/she has the traits which were listed before. Completely unbiased. The chosen NCO must have these traits: -Grammar -Uniform -Maturity -Basic leadership knowledge
[Choice two: Supervisor’s choice]
The supervisor/host of the training will pick an NCO pre-training, or before the training starts. He will not ask for an opinion from the trainees. Even if the trainees disagree, this chosen one will host the NCO. This is subject to favouritism.
[THE NCO’S ROLE]
The NCO basically runs the training, and has complete and utter control of everyone in the training, with the exception of the Colonel Supervisor. The NCO is expected to run the standard training, consisting of an Obby, Gunfight, and Swordfight, and anything the NCO wants to add, as long as it’s appropriate. The NCO decides the amount of AP an individual gets for completing a section of the training, and is to inform the Supervisor who he wants kicking, or banning, with suitable reasons. They will keep the training in order, and will perform any needed Admin commands, apart from Owen’s commands, and kicking/banning. The NCO does not train.
[THE HR’S ROLE]
The HR will be supervising the NCO throughout the whole training. He/she will do the necessary admin commands which the NCO is unable to do, making sure the NCO does not go silly, and out of control, and make sure the training does not go out of control. You also judge the amount of AP, and CP (Using the guidelines further down), the NCO has earned. This must be approved by the trainees, to make sure they are happy with the performance of the NCO.
[AP/CP AWARD]
Here are the guidelines for AP/CP the NCO should be rewarded, judged on his/her performance:
[3AP, 1CP]: The NCO has maintained an OK control on the training, and has used at least basic grammar throughout the training. The NCO has required some assistance, and supervision from the Supervisor, and has made the majority of the trainees happy, but not all.
[4AP, 2CP]: The NCO has had good control on the training, and has used decent grammar throughout the training. The NCO has required little to none assistance, and supervision from the Supervisor, and has made all of the trainees happy. The NCO has shown good, quality leadership, and potential to be a Captain one day.
[5AP, 3CP]: The NCO has had complete control of the training, and has used sophisticated grammar throughout the training. The NCO has required NO assistance, or supervision from the Supervisor, and has made all of the trainees happy. The NCO has shown outstanding leadership skills, and the potential to be a Colonel one day. Maturity, leadership, and willpower are virtues of the NCO.
Some people may earn no AP, or CP, if they do an exceptionally bad training.
[RULES]
Rules for hosting an NCO training:
-The Colonel Supervisor MUST be present throughout the whole training; if he/she leaves, the training must be ended, unless a HR who has been there since the start can take over, judging the NCO.
-Do not give extra AP/CP to your friends, HRs, if they did bad, they did bad, Simple as. This accounts for NCOs in a way too, don’t award AP to people for no reason, or just because they’re your friend.
-CPTs/HRs, do not interrupt the training unless you’re the Supervisor, the NCO has the authority to kick, ban, or silence you if you interrupt.
-This is for attendants of the NCO training: DO NOT PURPOSEFULLY SABOTAGE THE TRAINING, TO DAMAGE THE AP/CP AWARD OF THE NCO. If I find you are doing this purposefully, you WILL lose AP, and CP.
-Only the NCO and Supervisor may use admin commands, unless a HR has the consent of the NCO.
-This is not a chance to tell people to shut up, or disrespect members, NCOs. Do not do this, as a simple “Shush,” or “Silence” will do. Multiple disrespect cases will result in a loss of AP, and potentially CP.
[MINI NCO LOGS]
At the end of the NCO training, as well as PM’ing Grimmreaper7 the training log, PM ME a mini NCO log, so I can keep track of who’s hosting /being an NCO. Here’s the layout
TITLE: NCO Log.
NCO: Bobicus tomup. AP/CP he/she earned: 50AP/10CP. HIS/HER BEHAVIOUR: Super duper. DID HE/SHE GO AFK: NEIN NCO M.A.T? WERE YOU SUPERVISING ALL THE TIME: YES. GOOD NCO: Obviously. Overall: epic.
This will help me find people who are doing multiple NCOs in one week, and people who actually host them. It’ll also help me find people who are deemed unworthy to host one, and put them on the NCO banlist. Also, that was an example, please no silly logs.
[END]
Thank you for reading, -VS Veteran Honours Colonel Bass.
