First of all, back story. Skip it if you can't be bothered to read that much.
As of writing this post, my studio is currently sitting on my task bar while I wait in vain hope that it will start responding again. Why did it stop responding? Well I'm not sure if it is the same for anyone else, but if you try to insert an object from toolbox before all the thumbnails are loaded, studio crashes and won't respond again. Which is why I came up with this, REALLY simple, idea which I have no idea why it hasn't been already implemented.
^^ That bit doesn't really belong in this forum, it's just a bit of back story.
So to combat this, I think studio should have an auto-save system. Not after every part you place or move, just after every five minutes or so. Then, when studio crashes (as it inevitably will at some point in your life if you build games) you will be able to recover at least most of your work.
Yes, you can just keep saving at regular intervals but it is so easy to get caught up building that you just forget to do that, as I just have.
Anyway thank you for your time.
Kashudi.

Yet its not on WNTS, so they either are ignoring it or they don't want to do it. Either way if they know about it, it should be there.

Ah, but you only use that save if you need it. It doesn't overwrite the game file.
It would work in the same way it does in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. |

You know how you can restore you place to whatever "save" you want? If you mess up just do that. |

As I said to the previous person, that it is a completely separate save file. The one you open stays the same until you next save it, but all the time you are working another file is being saved as you work. The two are independent and you can open the latest one if it were to crash, aka the latest version instead of starting from scratch again.

| So, it would save to your computer rather then to ROBLOX's servers? |
