You can post a shout, that can go to the allies of your choice, for example. You may shout "Raid on Roblo Hunks!" and you can hit one of two buttons (Group Shout)/(Allied Shout), and once you hit allied shout, you would be able to see a list of the allies your group has, and then check off the ones you wanted to send the shout to.
This shout, instead of the usual yellow background, would be blue, and would not overlap a group shout |

| If this happens, you need to be able to pick how close to the highest rank someone has to be to send your group ally shouts. |

| It would have a checker box thingy in group admin for owners so that they can "Shout to other groups" and to accept shouts, they'd type in the minnimun rank (1-256, as in all groups) |

| Support, but the allies should have to agree if you request. Or else, imagine how many FEAR would get? |
