Hello, I am operative of UAF. I am going to talk about operatives and, this is just for future operative and this week operative.
I know being a operative comes with great responsibility. But that does not mean you need to try hard and push futher your limit. If you do become operative and is too excited to host many training/raid. Please, realize this. Give another operative a chance to prove themself. If they haven't hosted a training yet and you have, please let them do it first also with co-hosting. Also, shouting is a problem. If a operative shout Defend! And you are about to do a training, please do it in around 10 mins until they get black ups there. Shouts, are important and I know, most of us would be happy if you refain from shouting too much. ( If you do). We should just do 2 training and co-host once every day, to give many operatives a chance to do it. I have seen some operatives pushing them far and doing many training and co-hosting. ( Not naming who because I don't want to cause arguing.) I also think if there is more than 3 operatives in a training, some of them should leave or be a " Private" for the training. Please, share training and respect that if they haven't had host one, respect it and let them do it. If a operative asks you to co-host and they haven't got the chance, let them do it. Thank you for realizing this and share.
I also realized that, some of us are inactive. Which is fine, because we have a week to prove. We also can have a day off if we need to! We do not need to host training and host raiding every single day. Some of us could become tired. I understand. It has happened to me before. Doing too much every single day is going to push you futher your limit which is not good, it will make you bored and tired. Like I said, do not go too hard on your self because you're operative. Having a responsibility does not mean you need to try to hard. Just do your best, not hard. Responsibility is not something you can take on hard. For it and to do well, you must be well rested and feel like it. If you take it easy, you won't make many mistakes. If you push it hard. You have a hugh chance of failing and making a lot of mistakes. Remember this one, take it easy as you can, don't get stress from it. Relax while doing it. It is something you cannot cannot be hard on.
For this, this have to be the most important: Respect and sharing. I have heard some chat that some dislike each other. Being HR requires teamwork, as you should know. Respecting each other will make it very much simple. Respect, is somethiing you want as being a HR, giving and geting respect will reward you good things. If I was you, try to make a lot of friends. :) For this, Operatives, and future operatives, you should have a get to know each other night. Where we can chat around, play some games. Like The hunger games, Wingz World IV and etc. After that, then we can know what to react arounda certain HR, and what to say. If the operative doesn't like cussing, then don't say it around him. Making friends among operative will help a lot, they will respect you and knows what to do around you, and they know you will respect them.
Thank you, operatives, Future ones, HR, peeps for reading this. If you are confused why I wrote this, it's because I am sharing my information and my knowledge how to be a sucessful operative and be well respected. If you are curious how I got these kind of ideas, it's because I was fromer HR in two 1k clana nd is now HR of rebel Squad. I hope with this, this will help you realize what to do and help out. I hope this also will help out people who never have been a HR, and this will make them sucessful HR in the future. |

I don't like how Operatives are spamming shouts, only reason why I either do it really late or really early, I don't like these rapid trainings....

It's good but I don't like the use of the word peeps. You don't see a Captain in the Army walking around calling people peeps. But still great forum.

Is english not your main language or something? A lot of your sentences are not grammatically correct in the way that I often see people speak english who don't speak it as their main language. There was a couple sentences i didn't even quit get what you were trying to say.

Sorry, Idon'tknow. I wasn't correcting my forum after I finished it. I was so happy that I finished the forum, so I posted it. I completely forgot about correcting grammars, words, spelling and sentences. Next time, I won't forget it. English is my main language.

Oh, k. Really must've rushed typing it or something. Better to make more sense with a post than to make a post fast :)
