| Paint.Net and Gimp, but for shirts, Splecki(idk if that's her name) uses MS paint for all the folds and shadows. |

lol late post frenzy Sorry, I mixed them up when I first saw the video because you were using a tool MS paint had, and I don't have photoshop, so I got them mixed up. I even tried making a shirt with MS paint and I failed horribly and I assumed it was just cause your pro at making shirts and stuff. |

| MS Paint is for 5 year olds. Paint.NET can do everything you need to do, and Photoshop is probably the program that gives you the most detail |

Paint.NET for Ads
GIMP for Logos
PS for Both
I suggest using Paint.NET first, because its a bit easier than GIMP and PS |

paint.net is horrible without multiple plugins to make it better because it lacks many features
and photoshop is for editing phhhoooootttoooosss

i never understood how GIMP works.
i all in all preferred paint.net because of the flexibility. |

Photoshop is a level up from Paint.net, where you would bring your work from Paint.NET to Photoshop and make the final copy there.
Paint.NET is just fine without any more features. |
