| I have been experiencing problems with roblox .Recently i had my mac repaired for a issue. Well not really repaired but data cleared. Now may i remind you before i got what was taking up the space removed it was working. The person at the apple store that fixed the problem told me to give it a while to update. Okay no problem. 3 days after i finally decided to use it. The only thing that i got from it was rob lox is updating. I kept trying. I kept uninstalling and reinstalling until i said to myself that won't be of any worth because there is still remaining information. For example keychains, and caches etc. Well what i need from whoever is reading this is a way to erase this residue and reinstall the app. I have a 13 inch macbook pro. My processor is 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, and my memory is 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3. Thanks for whoever responds. |

| If your comments are irrelevant do not place them on my thread. This may sound harsh but don't give me anything that is not an attempt to help me with clearing roblox. |

Sorry to hear this isn't working. I had what looks like the same thing happen on my Mac last Monday. Try this:
1. Run terminal (command+space, then type "terminal". Should give you a screen with lots of text and a prompt. 2. type this:
cd /Users/(user name)/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
where (user name) is your mac user name. If you don't know what that is then type the command "whoami" and it will tell you your username.
3. type this:
ls
you might see a file called NPRoblox.plugin. Please let me know if that file is there or not. Now delete that file by typing this:
rm -rf NPRoblox.plugin
4. Open your applications folder
5. Drag the "roblox" application and "roblox studio" applications to the trash can
6. Empty the trash
7. Install roblox and play it.
Let me know if this works or not please. Thanks and good luck. |

what version of mac OS do you have?
so try this,
Go into application and delete Roblox and RobloxStudio
Do a search for:
nproblox.plugin
and delete all copies of it
Should show up in /Libaries/Internet Plug-ins/ if you are admin user.
No go to www.roblox.com and click play to download the roblox.dmg
Double click roblox to install
see if that fixes you issue.
