Hello, UAF!
We are introducing a new system to earn Major/Operative. Do not be alarmed, all Majors will be demoted to Captain, the system will be explained in full beneath this.
The following Operatives are being promoted to Colonel for their work:
- MouldyNukeBombAbs - LordVydrak - Choastic - l3oss - Catblox
The following Operatives are being demoted to Major, again, to reflect what they've done for UAF(This is a good thing, do not worry, keep reading and it will be explained):
- tonyhohoho4 - idontkno - Powercat23 - Wolfcrazy101
The rest of the lot is being demoted to Captain.
------ =[New System]=
Operatives will now be selected from the pool of Captains/Majors to serve a 'term'. The term length is to be decided at the start of said term. The method of selection may or may not differ between each term(election one term, selection another etc.). The Operatives must meet the visible pillars of leadership and will be tested for the other pillars during their term.
-How to Earn Major-
Simply do a decent job during your term. Meet the following minimum requirements:
- 2 decent trainings - 2 successful raids
These are the minimal requirements, there are more hidden ones. If you are a Major and you have served several decent terms you will be eligible for a more permanent position.
Please ask if anything is unclear. ---------- -{First Term}-
This first term will last one(1) week. Operatives will be hand-picked for this first term, in order to be eligible for Operative you must submit an application on this thread. There is no form, write what you think you need to. You must also be a Captain/Major.

| I would submit an application, but, I am currently on a laptop that barely works and I would not be able to serve the term very well until I get my good computer fixed, how long until you stop accepting applications? |

Hello, all Urban Assalt Forces Members:
I am a current Urban Assalt Forces Captain. To get here has been a long roller coaster. I joined exactly 4 months ago. I soon moved up the ranks. Then one tragic day..Shadowsword left us. Ever since then I have been motivated. I have seen these posters "decals". On them they read: "Every leader was a soldier, every good soldier needs a leader." Then, below that there were soldiers and one, had a question mark on them. I vowed to fill in that question mark. I joined as many UAF branches as I could. I increased my knowledge of Skill, and History. Most importantly I learned: To always trust my comrades. I have made many friends along the way, and hoping to make more.
Thank you

@Shattered,
Good.
@iroc,
Today, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, dunno. This first term will only last a week, so you can wait for the next one. |

How long have you been in UAF?- I've been in UAF since BenBlue9's era.
If you were to become an Operative, what would you do? What would you improve on?- If I was an Operative I would help have better diplomacy with other clans, I would enforce more rules that sometimes get looked over, and I would improve on my building skills.
Are you in any other clans, and would you be willing to quit them to become an Operative?-I am not in any other superclans but if I was I would DEFINATELY quit them.
On a scale of one to ten, how loyal are you towards UAF?- 10/10
Do you feel that we should regularly do votes to decide who our high-ranks are going to be?- Yes I think so. But not too often because we want people to get some experience as a HR and what to do at it instead of having new HRs everywhere. Also it seems that most of the time it is a popularity contest.
What are your talents/skills?- Leadership, Strategy, Swordfighting, Gunfighting, and helping people in UAF (typically newer people.)
I set up these questions as main things that I would like to state. (From recent Operative elections before i got operative) |

Nice job other colonels, and I was sad to see some people get demoted, but I can't change tbar's opinion.

Hello fellow comrades,
I am a UAF Captain. Getting to this rank, well, that's a long story. I joined UAF about 7 months ago. I moved up rank by rank looking up to my fellow leaders to one day be like them. Obviously, it would take hard work but, it pays off. So, I defend about 4 hours a day, I go to as many trainings as possible and especially helping in raids. The joy of fighting with your comrades is unforgettable.
Through these events, I learned a few things. First, is commitment and trust. Your teamates and yourself depend on eachother not to give up. To keep fighting for UAF. Even if they take the flag from you, you don't give up. You get it back. Thanks to mewtwo520 for teaching me that. And, you treat everyone the same. We are all on the same team. Just cause your a higher rank doesn't give you the right to boast or abuse your powers. You were just like them.
Thank you for all the great memorable times. Be proud of whatever rank you are and never give up.

Hello Urban Assault Forces.
Before this reform started, I was a Major in the clan. I joined UAF at the beginning of benblue9's era. After thee first few days, I become an executive in the group. I only been an executive for only a few days. I am not sure why I was demoted but all I know ben demoted me. One of the VAK/UAF wars, I was raiding with benblue9. We were back to back with VACs and VAKs trying to kill us. We survived and made it to the flag. He told me that soon, I will become an executive. After 5 days, Benblue made a forum about who should be promoted to executive. He said that everytime I go to Kopervich, I help people with their problems. When the UAF/RAA war happened, RAA always massraids us. Once, Benblue9 and I took the base ourselves. I am not sure who was with us, sorry. It was a fast spread in the c&g. I was also in the Final battle between UAF and RAA. I was the third MVP, next to benblue9. When ben left, I was executive/Colonel until shadowsword's era. Shadowsword demoted me for inactivity. I am not sure but I was on vacation at that time. I stopped playing roblox for a bit after the demotion and started playing other games. I soon rejoined roblox and everyone was surprised to see me. Ever since, I was Major and working hard until now.
Everytime I look at the colonel list, I was surprised. Because most of the colonels got their ranks so easily... I thought that if they can do it, everyone can. I attempted, and this is my chance. Possibly my last chance. I remember some people think that their should be a era that I lead. Not sure if they think that now. Alright, this is my application. Hope ya'll like it.

To all who may care,
I am one of the many UAF captains, a lot of you may know you from my previous experiences in UAF; well that is history. Now, I attend on retrieving it, one way or another. I have rejoined UAF recently and I shall stay in it this time, getting to Captain was fun, with every rank I recieved a boost, a boost of motivation. That is why I encourage every member to not give up and pursue your goal, you'll get there in time.
I have learned many things from UAF, especially gun fighting and leadership, I had many teachers and many people to thank especially TntBoy2001, who taught a lot of what I know a very long time ago, it took time but I got it. I was never the gun fighter but he taught me what I know and eventually I improved, set goals, and this brings me to where I am today.
Thank you for taking your time to read this.
