Okay, so clearly it's not possible to just allow people to hold trainings. It obviously isn't going very well to just trust people to train like a mature, respectable person.
Thus, I'm going to stamp out some very specifically defined rules for trainers and trainees. Breaking this will either remove your privilege to hold training, or get you removed from a training. There will also be a set rules for other high ranks not training.
For trainees. --Respect the person in charge. They're trying to hold a training, so please do as they ask. They have a reason for what they do, most likely. This is basically all you have to do. --Don't break any other rules, you can be removed if you perpetually break rules.
For Trainers. --You should provide valuable training. A free for all is fair enough sometimes, but if that's all you know how to do, you're not actually training. Anyone can call a free for all, it doesn't take any actual ability. Free for alls aren't a bad way to end a training though. --Don't over-teach. Remember, you're teaching children, and they can handle learning about one new thing per lesson, and then they need to go try that out a lot before it works. --Have patience. Everyone learns different, and they may not get a concept for weeks of trainings. --Admin rules *Don't overuse it. No using FF for your own advantage. *Don't default to admin. If you look at my leadership, the amount of actual admin or physical punishments I use are few. Generally, just having authority and speaking like you know what you're doing will make people do what you ask, and not what they keep breaking rules doing. If your only solution to any problem is admin, you're not doing it right. *Admin shouldn't be necessary for anything, it's only a resource, not a solution. --You should be teaching things like strategy, tactical analysis, different tools that actually make a soldier. The ability to slash a sword or point a gun is great, but add the multiplier of a good set of skills, and they won't be beaten.
Other High Rank rules. --You're subject to the same thing as the rest of APN. If you're not in charge of a training, you're not in charge, and do not act like it. You need to respect the person in charge as if you were any other APN soldier. When in training, you're not a high rank unless you're asked to be. --Do not act silly, stupid, or whatever during training. If you're not going to act like the training requires, with respect and seriousness, you're improperly representing APN as a high rank, and that's not acceptable. |

If you ever need some good rules to keep people under control. Take a look at this: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=73260699
A lot of those rules I find to be very good for organization. |
