In order to jump to a part of this post quickly and easily, highlight one of the above indexes with your mouse and press Ctrl + C on your keyboard or right click on it and press Copy. Once you have done that, press Ctrl + F, and then in the box that appears somewhere on your screen, depending on what browser you are using, press Ctrl + V on your keyboard or right click on the box and select Paste in order to paste it. Click on Find Next, and it will cycle through all of the combinations of those letters, symbols, and numbers you have inputted into the box.

It should jump directly to your target destination once you get past the one it finds in the Table of Contents section. If you cannot seem to get this to work, you could always scroll down to it. I find it easier to use this Ctrl + F feature, though. Good luck! If you have any questions, be sure to let me know.

[1] Introduction

The Alversian Apprenticeship Program, or AAP for short, was originally developed to produce the most elite of soldiers. I wanted to train 100 or more APN soldiers into what I consider a super soldier. A super soldier would display many of the characteristics you seen in some of our best Captains and Admirals. Many of whom you see in Raven Guard, the Royal Guard and elite group for APN, or the Alversian Peoples’ Navy. I thought with 100 soldiers at this level of ability, APN would never lose a battle, we would be a dominate force, and you could always be proud to consider yourself and Alversian.

AAP's goal is to turn soldier into well-rounded and experienced warriors. One must remember that not everyone is suited for leadership. AAP does go as far as preparing you to become a Captain, but only if you can make it that far. You must know that not everyone will complete the whole program. Followers are just as important, if not more important than leaders.

[2] Plans and Goals

AAP not only aims to train soldiers who work as a team, but it also aims to train soldiers who can fight and win without a team to back them up. It aims to teach respect, honor, and discipline. It aims to give you the skills and capabilities to achieve more.

[3] Rules and Restrictions

There are Rules and Restrictions to early every group, and AAP is no exception. In order for AAP to function properly, it needs rules, and they are rather strict. I ask that you follow them so that you will never have an issue with them. They are simple rules explained in much detail. If you have any questions, please inform me. There are no loopholes to exploit, it is not allowed. If you point one out, I will fix it. These rules are not meant to be broken.

■ Follow orders when orders are given. Your immediate response to and order should be to carry it out unless otherwise specified. AAP teaches discipline, and following orders promptly plays a major role in this.

■ Respect everyone at all times. You are to shot respect for your fellow comrades, leaders, followers, allies, and especially your enemies. You are not required to call anyone “Sir” or “Ma’am” in AAP, but you are if asked to in APN.

■ Do not fight with other apprentices, journeymen, masters, associates, or even with me on the Group Wall. If you have an issue, please settle it in PMs. If you do not like something I specifically do or do not agree with something, then please let me know. If another member of AAP is causing an issue, let me know. I appreciate evidence.

■ Understand that not everyone is meant to be a leader. Some people are born as followers, others leaders, and some few people are capable of rising up to become a leader. You must learn where you stand.

■ Be warned ahead of time that anyone in violation of these rules and/or restrictions will receive whatever punishment that I see fit. AAP is not a division of APN. It is a program implemented to improve APN. I will decide your punishment when you do something wrong. I am the judge and jury in all cases. This is a good thing.

■ No whining is allowed. I do not care if you have already learned something I am teaching, or think something is too hard. It is not too hard; you just need to slow down, take your time, and put some effort into it. I am not here to babysit you. Do not complain, as I have said before, let me know in a PM/Message if you think someone is wrong or did not like something.

■ Talk when spoken to or told you can talk. It will speed things up if you remain patient, and wait to be given a chance to talk. You should not talk too often in combat, and you should not talk too often in training.

■ When leaving AAP, inform me, the owner of the group, that you are leaving, and tell me what Grade you were. I will record it that you left and where you left at. When you come back, you will be given short training and then quickly tested to return to your previous position.

[4] Joining AAP

In order to join AAP, you must accomplish a couple set tasks to show your dedication to APN. You must show dedication in order to prove you are going to be active in APN and are willing to go as far as you can in AAP. There are a couple different situations where the join requirements will be different.

The Standard Process

■ You must be of the rank of Cadet or higher in order to join AAP. It is easy to earn this rank.

■ You must be wearing the uniform at the time you send a join request. If you are not, I will not accept it. I will check the join requests frequently, and accept those who fit these conditions.

■ You must send me a PM letting me know you sent a request and that you meet the exact requirements I have mentioned. This way I know you have read what I have typed here. It makes it easier for me, instead of having to check what rank you are in APN. Tell me what rank you are.

■ You must not be an alt. I am not accepting alternate accounts into AAP. Your main account is what matters.

[5] The Training Process

All training that counts towards your progress will be done by me. I can observe training hosted in AAP by an Associate and count it, but not all of the time. AAP is a very different type of program. You will be trained differently each step of the way. You will learn different things as you go along.

You start in Grade C. You are taught the very basics. Honor, Discipline, Respect, and are given background information on APN. You are given basic combat knowledge and tested in a few simple situations. You are trained to be a basic soldier. You must be given a few combat situations in which you must decide what to do in. They might be simple, but a soldier does not need to make that many decisions.

You are in Grade B and once again reviewed on what you had learned before for a short time. You will begin to learn battlefield tactics and organizational skills. You will gain a wider perspective on how a battlefield works. You will be introduced to strategy, but this topic is covered later. The art of tactical warfare is complicated and not always easy to grasp. A soldier should have basic tactical knowledge. You will learn basic positioning in our major bases.

Once you reach Grade A, you are becoming an elite soldier. You already are at a level where you are doing things you never thought you could have done when you joined this group. You are reviewed on the original topics taught in Grade C and B. You are taught how to form an effective strategy. You are taught how a raid should work, and will gain experiences in adapting to your enemy. You are becoming APN’s finest soldiers.

Now you have reached Grade S. This is one of the most rigorous part of training, and you will be pushed to new limits. You have shown much dedication to APN. This is the stage in your training where you can choose to take class on leadership or take class to become APN's elite soldiers. Fighting for Alversia is just as honorable as leading Alversian Soldiers and remember, so people are born fighters and not leaders and some are born leaders.

Once you complete Grade S, you no longer need to continue this program, and your information on what rank grade you had achieved will be recorded. If you come back after leaving, I will shortly train you, and then quickly test you to move up to journeyman. At any rank, let me know when you are leaving, so I know how far you got. Journeyman is the next step, it is even harder than Grade S, and will push you to your limits.

In order to become a master, you must complete journeyman, and gain the rank of Captain in APN, or have used your ability to achieve a high rank in another clan. All you must do is send a message to me requesting to be known as an Alversian Master, and give me your success story if you feel like you could not have done it without my training. A master is someone who learned their trade, and made something about it. They used their knowledge to achieve something.

A Trainer is someone who will assist me in training. They train everyday and are expected to teach you the most. You are to always listen to them and in turn they should listen to you. You must be an Officer or higher and I trust you to become a Trainer.

An Associate is someone who will assist me in training everyone. They will let me know of people to watch. This is the only position in AAP where your accomplishments and behavior is the only thing that decides it. I must be able to trust you would do a great job as an associate. Normally, this happens when you reach the end of the program. You have certain duties mentioned later in this guide.

The Grand Master is the one man who runs the entire program. What the grand master says is how it goes. Maybe when I end up leaving ROBLOX, the Grand Master will change. I do not see that happening in the near future, and the only way to reach this position is if I would almost trust you to lead APN itself. This is not an easy program to run, and it is much more complicated for the person running it than this guide lets you believe. I will personally oversee all of your progress in AAP.

[6] Reaching a New Grade

In order to reach a new Grade Level, you must go through graduation and complete specific types of tests. These tests will ensure you know what I have been teaching you. You are expected to do well. You make retake the main test as many times as you would like. Do not get discouraged. I will continue teaching you the information you need to know. There are other aspects as well.

As you are being trained, you are being quizzed and/or tested. I test your abilities, and ensure you are at the skill level you are expected to be at. Some people might not be capable of becoming extremely skilled sword fighters. There is always a talent for everyone, and if you have any talents related to clan warfare, I will help you find it.

If your only talent is the ability to lead, and you cannot fight to save your life, then it will not hold you back. Even if you cannot fight, if you complete the other aspects, and know the information, you will advance. You will normally be required to be a good warrior to rank up. I understand some people might not be capable of fighting well, and if you show me you put a serious effort into becoming a strong warrior, but just cannot do it, I will do something else for you. Everyone learns differently as well.

I do not expect many people to fall under the category of being a great leader but a terrible fighter. If it happens, I will take care of it. You have nothing to fear. Everyone has an equal chance.

[7] Graduation

There are 3 types of graduation in AAP. The normal graduation from one Grade to another, the graduation of a Grade to a Journeyman, and the graduation from a Journeyman to a Master.

Graduation from Grade to Grade has been explained before. You pass various tests, some you will know about, others I will do when you don’t know. Always try your best, and you will do fine.

Graduation from Grade to Journeyman requires an interest in becoming a leader or a skilled fighter, and to have shown excellent understanding of tactics and strategy or excellent understanding of any type of fighting. You are trained as a leader, or fighter ,when you become a journeyman, and must have a strong understand what that entails.

Graduation from Journeyman to Master requires you to use the knowledge you have learned from this program to achieve a higher rank or status than you already have. Reaching Captain or Admiral in APN or a similar rank in another group by using what I taught you would earn you this position. This has been stated in section [5].

[8] Masters

Masters have completed the program and earned a position of great honor in AAP. They are allowed to host simple training to keep the group busy, and they can give advice to the group’s members. They are not fully qualified to train members of AAP. This rank is not hard to understand, and it is more of a way to show to others you went the extra mile. You should be proud of reaching this position. You can be an associate if I trust you and you ask.

[9] Associates

An Associate assists me with training the members of the group. They help make them as strong and well-rounded as they possibly can.

The associates must be trusted by me in order to reach their positions. I will help them start training, and try to teach them how I do it. It is rather complicated, but I can leave out the observational portions of it.

Associates, as well as all members of AAP, should be treated with the same respect you would show me, Reaven, or any other admiral.

[10] Apprentice Credit

You earn credit, what I call Progress Level, which has been mentioned many times before on this thread, as you complete goals and participate in the group. If you would like to know how close you are to graduating and/or taking the final tests of your Grade level, please ask. I have the information available. I can tell you if you are close or not. Remember to always keep up the hard work.

Not much is needed to say here, just that I will take care of it, and nobody will be overlooked. You can only gain Progress when I am present and hosting training or observing. Sometimes I come to train with you. I might record some progress then, but I might not. Train hard and you will become strong.

[11] Conclusion

I hope you enjoy your time in APN. I am sorry for the long guide; I hope it provided plenty of useful information for you, and that you did not get too bored while reading it. There is a lot of information regarding AAP, and you needed a full and complete guide. If you have any questions about anything, please let me know. I will gladly answer them to the best of my ability.

You must remember that from now on, you cannot just promote someone because you think they earned it. You can only promote them when you think they earned it, and they have achieved the correct position in AAP to obtain that rank. You cannot reach Ranger without completing Grade A. You can still promote people, but make sure they have the ability to perform well at that rank.

AAP is very complex, and it will run in a simple and easy manner for every member. They will not need to work as hard as the associates or I are going to work. It is not easy, and some might say I am over extending myself. This is for APN, and I have already pledged to do my best for APN, and I will do my best. If this is not my best, I will improve.

In closing, I would like to wish everyone in APN good luck in their future endeavors. You are wonderful soldiers, leaders, and comrades. Never forget that, you are Alversians. Be proud of that, be proud you can consider yourself an Alversian Soldier, and be proud you are working to build a better future for APN.
