Before you read this keep in mind. This can mess with your mind. You may see beings in your room. Thy may touch you. But you will not feel it just calm down and laugh. If you stay in this long enough. You will be able to get up (still in the dream not irl) and walk around, walk through walls, float ect.
The prep: Before you do anything, make sure you are lying on your back, legs UNCROSSED, and closing your eyes. That is all that matters, you don't need a blanket or pillow. (Although I use it, the more comfortable you are, the better) I usually lie straight, legs touching, but uncrossed, and my hands on my crotch XD.
So now that you are in a nice position, we can start.
What you want to do, is take nice, deep breaths. Five seconds to inhale, a one second pause, five seconds to exhale.
After you take one breath like that, count a 99 in your head. Deep breath, 98.
97 96 96 94
By this time, you should be nice and relaxed. Deep breathing will relaxe your body
93-87
You should start to see moving colors on your eyelids. Make sure you focus on your breaths, and the numbers. Keep all outside thoughts away.
86 85 84 83 82 81 80
You'll feel your legs almost, give up all tension. They might feel weightless, almost like they're floating.
79 78 76 75 74
Possible weightlessness of your arms will induce. You'll be very relaxed. Possible weightlessness of your arms will induce. You'll be very relaxed.
Remember: DO NOT MOVE WHILE DOING THIS!
73 72 71 70 . . .
50 49 48
You may start to feel dizzy now. Not "I'm going to puke, OH GOD" But like you've just spun really lightly.
47 . . . 35
This is it! Around here you will feel it.

Just a warning it is one of the scariest things I have experienced. Doors opened and slammed. I could see other beings. It's weird.
And yes you can get a WILDs from it. |

You don't wake up. In your dream you wake up. Are you ready to face your biggest fear. Not moving. Nothing? |

@ninja
I mean when you start it. When you START not moving. Like, do you have to wake up during REM to start? |
