| Unlikely. If I would to take a bet, I would say that FiM would end somewhere after series 7. |

@blobbem Except he didn't say FiM, he said MLP. MLP is a franchise (that's been around since at least the 80's), FiM is its current iteration. |

@baka
I was too lazy to add FiM, and in general, when you mention MLP, people think of FiM.

| That's true, that's how it is NOW, but that doesn't mean that once FiM ends it won't just be replaced eventually by another iteration. |

Yes, but we are talking about FiM at the moment and not about future iterations. |

| Hasbro is making too much money of FiM for it to end any time soon. |

There's a point where a show like FiM needs to end. Take the Simpsons, for example. Around since before the home computer. As time went on, creativity boiled down to pop culture jokes and forgetting where they started and what made them successful. Spongebob went from bit sized subtle humor to drawn out jokes that they tried to pass off as what it was before, but it's actually just a mediocre imitation that they're trying to hard at. If the show goes on longer than 8 seasons, it won't be a good show anymore.

| If it goes past the year 9001, it will become a hyperdimensional being. |
