there should be a standalone program for roblox and you dont have to be connected to the internet to play roblox and when you open this program it generates terrain like in happy home in robloxia and you can just build whatever you want and then save the thing you made to your computer does this sound like a good idea?

ROBLOX already supports offline studio building. However, the launcher requires the internet to start.
Support, I guess. |

Yes you can build in studio without internet, i highly do not recommend it because you cant use decals and terrain generation.

Not roblox studio i meant i meant the ACTUAL Game. it could be either a terrain or a baseplate and you can build in it. Not roblox studio. and if "roblox requires the internet to to anything" then why is there a solomode for uncopylocked places?

I don't see any problem with this, but I don't need it. Besides, what's the point if no one gets to play it? Uploading a code to a new place? Sounds like it would give a golden oportunity for hackers and exploiters.

What i'm saying is, this isn't a valid suggestion, you didn't give ANY details as to how the mods would do this.

Look, if you want to PLAY ROBLOX, then internet connection is REQUIRED! Sure, it's sad when you've built something awesome in a game only to lose it when you lose connection, but how do you think other players can see you (and vice versa) in the first place? Because of internet connection. It would mess up the entire game if one player lost connection but could still play- to the other people, that person would be standing still and in the way, while the offline player carries about his business while the other people are, to him, standing still.

What if ROBLOX made a standalone program and when you go to the place, when the bricks and connecters load, the place will be saved in the program. That way, you can play any game on the go!

Kinda okay with this, but to update your places and such, not to have randomly generated terrain like you said, to use your current places.
