just because meat has iron doesn't mean it instantly negates all bad effects of meat.
A LOT of veggies and fruits have iron. some more-so than meat. also, you can get proteins from beans and other legumes. veggies give you all you need. you just have to not be lazy and find out which ones. |

no.
i avoid meat and meat products as much as possible.
i used to be very anti-vegan/vegetarian. it was mostly immaturity and an inability to deal with reality and facts.
fact: meat is bad for you
fact: a large portion of the population will live in denial because it is a deep-dug tradition/life style and giving it up is not easy. |

| @white eating steak, pork, bacon is not being immature or wrong, it's the food pyramid and the circle of life. |

" it's the food pyramid and the circle of life."
it's become apparent you are not well informed so i'll let you take the night to do so. i'll leave with these points:
1. it's hardly trust a diet plan from a government that also supports receiving a measly fraction of recommended vitamin D
2. it's rarely wise to pick a lifestyle motto from Disney movies. |

| I didn't copy disney, but if we didn't eat meat the food chain would go crazy, since we are at the top. |
