You are running with too much force which makes your hips and everything push down on your knees and your knees is just supporting it.
HOW TO FIX IT: Don't run so hard, I mean by when your running end on your heel instead of the bottom of your foot make it sound like no one can hear you running. |

zsjz, your problem has an easy solution
Just get a pair of really pointy high heels, tube socks and some jelly beans. cover the bottom of the high heel with jelly beans, and put the pointy heel through many jelly beans
this should fix your problem in as little as 2 seconds |
