Hello all members of The Mercenary Assault Squad. As you know there is a Mercenary Council election going on and this will explain the voting process and how the winner will be decided. First, members of TMAS will message me saying who they want to be appointed to the council. Next, current Mercenary Council members will also vote. (Their votes will count as 1.5 votes.) Then, I will check profiles for KO’s. (Do not worry if you don't have a lot this is a small portion of what I'm considering when voting myself.) That’s not all though. Next, I will also consider who seems to have a good personality and who our Mercenaries will respect as a leader. (Someone with a bad personality will not be respected which will result in disobedience by Low Ranks.) Also, someone who can joke around and just have fun but be serious when needed. Lastly, I will vote. (I promise I will not put the person I voted for on the Council unless they won for real.) My vote will count as 3 normal votes. (This sounds like a lot but trust me it’s not compared to the amount of people I expect to be voting.) ___________________________________________________________________Now I am going to give you a little description of the powers and such of the Mercenary Council. This is the basic list. 1. Council members can hold meetings that only they can attend. (With the exception of me.) 2. Although they are higher than Marshalls on the list, Marshalls have the same authority as them. (Except for the special powers reserved for council members only.) 3. The Mercenary Council will start to vote on going to wars with other groups. 4. The Mercenary Council will also act as a jury when putting someone on trial in the TMAS Court House. 5. If a council member wants to do something I have not ordered or asked them to vote on they can have the council vote and then tell me what it was and what the vote turned out to be.
That's it. If you have any questions PM me. |
