Hello, fellow members of UCR. I've created this thread to shine a light on things could do, and to give each of you a chance to give an idea too.
We are UCR, we are strong, legendary, and we are family. However, there are always improvements to be made and things to be doing. So henceforth, I offer some of my ideas to YOU.
Please post feedback on the ideas here you like, or don't like.
Also feel free to post your own ideas. If I see anybody posting their own idea, I will read through it thoughroly, and take it into consideration. If it's a good enough idea you will earn a promotion.

=========================== The ingredients of activity. =========================== Activity is a special thing. Something that can not be gained easily, but is also simpler than 1+1. This may sound like I am catching myself out, but really the statement is true. While it can not be gained easily, there are many things that work together to make a clan active. You could think of those things as the cogs of a clock. If the cogs of the clock are oiled well, the clock turns perfectly, and works perfectly. If the cogs of the clock are rusty, it turns slow, and will be slow in some aspects.
So! The things that make a clan active.
1. Impressing a new member.
Recruiting is the key to the doorway of activity. Say we were to recruit 10 new people. And we pleased them greatly. Why would they not be active within the clan? Oh wait... there isn't a reason.
I'm not saying people only join clans that they think are great, with no problems. But if there was a clan like that, anybody who joined, would be an active member. And in the case of UCR, if we were like this, we'd have 30,000 active members.
We may not be able to make us "perfect", but we can put ourselves close to it. And hence, most members who join will be active.
2. Inactive/active HRs.
If a member joins a clan, and there is no shout up, that member who joined will think of the clan as boring, and will rarely look at the clans wall for shouts anymore. So that is one possible future active member lost.
But, if when that member joins, and there is is a shout up, they will go to it, they will enjoy it, and they will wait patiently for another shout to come. So now UCR will have gained another active member. These active members build up, and the clan becomes active.
This pleases the member.
Remember: when somebody joins a clan, they WILL ALWAYS judge it.
3. Technology.
Now, having plenty to do is one thing. But what if we had active HRs, and very impressive technology?
A new member joins! He/she sees the shout, it says... "[MEET] Go to HQ in Personal Servers."
So now that member comes to the meeting, he/she now has something to do. But he/she also thinks "Wow! This is one of the best built places I have ever seen!"
Again, this pleases the member!
Remember: a pleased member will become an active member.
So now... the member has seen the group provides him/her something to do, and is has very good places. But what about the community?
4. Community.
That new member has now joined, seen there is things to do, seen the clan has awesome places and tech, but what if the community was bad? That'd make the member not want to be in the clan anymore, and that member would either leave or become inactive.
But if there is a nice community, friendly talking to the new member and welcoming him/her to UCR, answering the new member's questions, and mabye even giving the member a tour. Then that new member is going to feel what UCR is all about for the first time! Being a family.
From this point, that new member's opinion of UCR couldn't be better! We are active! We are well built! We are friendly!
But these fundamentals of building an active clan, are not as easy as this. To get a new member to join, requires advertising or members recruiting. To advertise we need money. To get money we need to work hard or get tons of place visits. To get tons of place visits we need to have an awesome place! To get an awesome place we need to work on it for a while until it is really fun! And then to get that page to a 1st page of a category of games requires money.
So... I will be going over some ideas I have thought of for mass recruiting, normal recruiting, and technology.
=========================== Mass-recruiting funding plan. =========================== Mass-recruiting is obviously not as easy as the name suggests. It requires serious funding. And then that funding has to be used wisely to make the mass-recruiting actually work.
I have put some work into creating a mass-recruiting-funding plan, here it is.
Member voluntary funding programme.
This idea generally requires some dedication and teamwork and works in an "it all adds up" style.
How it would work is.... TDFall, a VP, or myself would create a group. And we would gather volunteers over the course of a week.
These volunteers would WEEKLY earn 100R$+.
At the end of the week, TDFall would create a t-shirt for 100R$, and more expensive ones if other people would like to donate more money.
I think as UCR we would be able to get around 25+ people doing this. Not all would do 100R$, some would do 250R$, 500R$. And some people like myself would do 10kR$.
Each week we would be getting AT THE VERY MINIMUM 12500R$. However, I'm sure most people would be donating more than 100R$. So that could probably be moved up by around 5k.
This fund would be building up over the weeks, and by the end of 3 or 4 weeks, we would have 50k to be spending on ads.
=========================== Recruiting ideas. =========================== Recruiting is usually a slow process, and remains so. But we can always give it small boosts. And as usual, these small boosts will be rewarded.
1. Casually going into games, making friends, and asking them to join your group.
2. Send messages to people on your friends list telling them to join your group.
3. Send messages to people in other clans ranks.
4. Go to an ally base and convince them to join UCR.
5. Contests e.g first person to recruit 5 people gets a promotion.
=========================== Technological plans. =========================== Currently, I am working with a UCR scripter (woot3) to create a new fort with UCR, with an awesome set of vehicles, Guis, and weapons.
I sadly can't go into detail much though, because our ideas are very restricted to who knows about them. So I will go onto my future plans for UCR.
1. Place reforms.
A lot of UCR places are rather outdated, our fort (already being worked on), our meeting place, we don't have any official training places, we don't have an HQ, we don't have a recruitment centre, and our current fort acts more as a social area.
So when we finnish UCRs new fort, I will be working on each of these things individually. This will improve UCRs technological image level.
2. Vehicle reforms.
Now, this time I can't even say outdated, because we don't actually have any vehicles apart from our boat.
Coming with the new fort you will see helicopters, transport vehicles (air and land), humvees, tanks, and possibly mounted weapons on humvees.
3. Weapon reforms.
Our weapons are actually pretty outdated and simple, these will also be getting recreated eventually.
The new weapons will be released at the same time as the new fort.
I hope this covers all of your concerns on technology.

This clan is pretty active. Every day, There are more than 1000 Members active at very hour. Recruiting is still a good Idea though, We can spread the clan.

Suggestion, got it from my other clan that I sadly left for UCR. They are Medieval, so we can't exactly do THIS, but we don't want to steal either.
They had a Brewery, an off-duty hangout for the clan to just talk and have a cup of mead.
