One person only so we can have games with story mode, instead of online mode.
First person, just as an option. I know it could be scripted. But guess what? Not everyone wants to script everything. |

To get someone to go first person forcefully all you need to do is change one property:
player.CameraMode = "LockFirstPerson"
Please stop saying false things without any knowledge on the topic. At least look in the wiki, it isn't hard. |

To bad. Want to make something awesome? Learn to script, there's no way around it.

Technically, you can have a script that boots everyone who joins after the first person, unless the server is empty at the time, but I'm not sure how well that will work because, to my knowledge, ROBLOX only creates more servers when the previous ones are filled. Seeing as the one will never be filled, this may lead to no new servers spawning. Or maybe ROBLOX does it in a different way and this won't be a problem?

If you mean first person view, then that's possible using a certain property.
If you mean a game with servers of a maximum of one player, then that's not possible yet, it isn't scriptable and it has already been suggested so the developers already know it needs to be done. |

You don't need to script. It's in the Workspace properties. You can change the properties to First-Person Lock.

I thought it was in Camera, not Workspace? Anyway, this thread is about setting MaxPlayers=1, which *was* possible back before Mega places, but ever since then ROBLOX has removed the ability to directly change that property in Studio or via script. Albeit, the title for this thread was a bit misleading. I'll give you that.

| ROBLOX needs an offline play mode for every game, the creator will still get tix for it also. |
