I Fatigue after 15 minutes of jogging. Is that good? Also I need to improve it so I can keep going without stopping.
I did a really bad job today. |

i dodge the cars, here where i live there is like no cars, ud be lucky to see 3 maybe and there isnt really any big intersections. |

When your calves hurt, that means you ran way out of what you are supposed to be doing and then you go sit down or lay down right after.
If you sit, or lay down after a long run, your calves will hurt so bad, you can't really move them. |

@ Fur It was only 15 minute stop I ran for 1 hour after that. Then my calves started hurting.
And yes I go to the gym.

well if your calves are hurting that means you're pushing yourself too hard
i try to focus more on distance than time

I've been going to the gym for 1 year now -_- And I only made 1 major improvement.... I don't know its just not building even though I workout for 2 hours a day.
