I was thinking of a game set in the time period of Solar System War 6 (Very Distant Future) Where, there is two teams. Capitol and New Earth. Each Team struggles to capture every Command Point (CP) on each planet/moon/space debris. first team to capture all of them wins. each map is huge, and randomly picked and generated. and if all of one team dies, the round is over, the other team wins.
Descriptions for:
Planets:
Huge, with a couple of hills, trees, ruins and roads.
Moons:
Large, very desolate.
Space Debris:
Asteroids, Comets, Space Stations, ruined space ships, so on so forth.
Transportation Types:
Space Ships, Tanks, Shuttles.
Transportation Space Ships are small. there are 4 classes of these.
Freight (To Transport Supplies from main base to capture points, these are AI)
Passenger (To Transport maybe 6 people from battle to battle)
Attack (Single Person ships that may have rockets, machine gun mounts, missiles or other random attacks.)
Exploration (These can Transport 4 people at a time, can shoot with machine gun mounts, have a very fast speed, can't take many hits)
Classes:
Pilot (These people are the only ones who can fly ships.)
Gunner (These people have lots of guns, ranging from pistols to rocket launchers)
Driver (These people are the only people who can drive ground vehicles.)
Engineer (These people can repair or build anything from space ships to turrets, control points to command points.)
Spy (These people have a very fast walkspeed, a transperancy of 0.8, but only a pistol, a EMP Grenade, and a Smoke Grenade)
Rebel (These people can fly ships, drive ground vehicles, repair anything, have lots of weapons, but a slower walkspeed, as a result of how heavy they're suits are. these guys also can take more hits as a result.
some Space Debris, such as comets, spin around quite fast. others, such as Asteroids, move in orbits around the map.
ruined space ships are big, and have both Control Points and Command Points, and have bonuses if you can get to them.
VIPs:
Normal
Super
Mega
Uber
Epic
Turbo
Monstrous

You should probably make like a mini-game
Each game where people have to survive or play to survive games, I think thats perfect

so is this like a mmo if so you will need ais but only like 20 (actualy it depends on the map size) and if you want (i mean i want to) i can help (with maps)

sorta but not best me and my friend work together on em my best ai is a free modle guy but it had no scripts just blocks and i gave it a rocket launcher (couldnt figure out how to do an m16 instead if you want to check out my ai brick battle place ill make it active for you but not really guis but meshes im still working on

Maybe it should be like total conquer, like say, 7 teams, with their own planets, and all planets are capturable, once all the flags are controlled by one team, the game resets.

Also, maybe a credit/money system say 1000 credits for capturing a flag, and 100 for a kill, you can use the money to spawn ships and buy guns.

Each planet (once captured) turns under the control of the capturing team, meaning the spawns change to match the team that captured.

Just a large suggestion :P

at the end of each round, one team will either (A have captured all of the command points, (B have the most control of area, or (C taken out the other team. the reason there are maps, is to give some diversity, and not just have it so when all of the experienced players go against the none-experienced players, and the exprienced players have not played the map they are currently playing, the more experienced players don't have as huge of an advantage.
this is a total conquer game, ya know. everything, from planets, to moons, to asteroids and comets, to ruined spaceships and other Space Debris.
I was thinking of doing the money system like this:
Lagoonoins (Worth 100 Credits)
Credits (Worth 50 Cents)
Cents (Worth 2 Capture Points) [See below on info on Capture points]
Stuff like Ships and vehicles, are of course, going to be very expensive.
other things, like pistols and grenades, are going to be very cheap.
Capture Points are earned, by, capturing a CP (worth 1 CP), KOing the enemy, (Worth 1 CP), Blowing up a enemy spaceship or vehicle, (Worth 1 Cent), or completely taking over a part of the system (Worth 25 Cents).
and depending on which team each CP is possessed by, you can spawn there.
and say, if the war is focused on a single object, something, say a vehicle can just blow up when it's near a base.

Maybe, if you get far in to making this game, you add some FPS action? You could survive a ship crash, or maybe eject, and land on the ground with whatever loadout you've chosen? Something to be added at a later date, nothing to be focusing on early.

Hey guys, do you think you could add a Level and XP system? Like you need a high enough level to have a certain weapon and what-not. If you need one, I can give u the XP and Level script and some gui.
