Blind Shot Corporation is a group made to supply our customers with technology and places. (The places are usually bases, forts, strongholds, etc.) We also run a small PMC. Contact spon103 or I if you have an questions.

To be a builder:
1) Be able to build well. 2) You must be approved by the Supreme Architect and the Director or the Overseer of Operations.
To be a developer:
1) You must be able to script well. 2) You must be approved by the Supreme Developer and the Director or Overseer of Operations.
To be part of the Security Force:
1) You must be able to fight 2) You must be 'intelligent' 3) You must be able to follow orders 4) You must be approved by the Overseer of the Security Forces and the Director or Overseer of Operations.
To be part of the Arts Department:
1) You must be able to create logos, uniforms, or ads well. 2) You must be approved Splecki and the Director or Overseer of Operations

Fan- You've joined because you like our work and want to support our group! Thank you.
Applicant- You're trying to get a position within the group.
Costumer- You've joined because you're purchasing one of our products.
Stock Holder- You're a minor stock holder, you hold a small amount of influence over the group.
Security Force- You're here because you want to make some money for official defenses. You'll be hired out to other groups for a price, congrats you're a mercenary.
Developer- You can script on a competent level. You will make guns, vehicles, etc. You are paid for this.
Architect- You build on a competent level. You will help make the bases, forts, strongholds, etc that we're offering our costumers.
Arts Department- You are the 'artists' of the group. It is your job to make the uniforms, logos, ads, etc. Splecki is in charge of this Department.
Overseer of the Security Forces- You run the PMC aspect of the group, it is your responsibility to hold trainings, call the defenses for the group we're working for, etc. You must be a good leader and fighter.
Supreme Developer- You script on a competent level and are good at organizing groups of people to help create the product. You will be paid for your efforts and you are expected to help script the things also.
Supreme Architect- You build on a competent level and are good at organizing groups of people into a force that can create a base, fort, stronghold, etc. together. You're expect to help in the building process. You will be paid for your efforts.
Board of Executives: You're a major stock holder, you hold a large amount of influence over the group.
Overseer of Operations- You're my 2iC. You run administration of the group along with me. You may also be asked to build or script items that we're offering our customers.
Director- I talk with the customers and run the group. I do what ever is needed to the best of my ability.

1) Do NOT flame, insult, etc other group members! I will exile you without a second thought.
2) Follow what higher ranks say.
3) The ranks of Architect ,Developer, and Security Forces are equal.
4) The ranks of Supreme Architect ,Supreme Developer, Arts Department, and Overseer of the Security Forces are equal.
5) Do not beg to be given a higher rank.
6) Do the assigned work on time otherwise you will 'fined' 10% of what you were going to be paid per day.
7) Work with the others well, even if you don't like them or enjoy working with other people.

Consumer- Nothing, you're paying us or trying to earn a position within the group.

Security Force- 2.5-10% of the contract each (if you are active within it)
Developer- 2.5-10% per project (if you're active within it)
Architect- 2.5-10% per project (if you're active within it)
Arts Department- 90% per project (if you're active within it)
Overseer of the Security Forces- 10-50% per contract (if you're active within it)
Supreme Developer- 10-50% per project (if you're active within it)
Supreme Architect - 10-50% per project (if you're active within it)

Retirement after one year of working for BSC: 50% off all products, small payment per month (10-100 R$ this payment lasts for one year after you retire)

As a growing Corporation we're now offering a limited number of stocks!
The stocks work like so:
Stocks = Influence in the group (And payment per project)
More Stocks = More influence (And more payment per project)
The top five stock holders get a position on the group's 'Board of Executives'
The other stock holder get a position in the group called 'Stock Holders'
The Board of Executives will have say in what the group does in the futures, from making contracts with certain people to firing others.
spon103 and I jointly own 51% of the stocks. (Which means that we can still veto the Board's decisions though that usually wouldn't be in our best interests.)
Right now the payout on stocks is this:
25 Stocks: 0.5% (Of my percentage of the project)
50 Stocks: 1% (Of my percentage of the project)
75 Stocks: 1.5% (Of my percentage of the project)
100 Stocks: 2% (Of my percentage of the project)
125 Stocks: 2.5% (Of my percentage of the project)
150 Stocks: 3% (Of my percentage of the project)
175 Stocks: 3.5% (Of my percentage of the project)
200 Stocks: 4% (Of my percentage of the project)
225 Stocks: 4.5% (Of my percentage of the project)
250 Stocks: 5% (Of my percentage of the project)
