| Various plants have 100% of any vitamins found in meat. I am healthy than ever since I became a vegetarian. |

| Meat eaters actually receive to much protein. Dietitians say you should at LEAST cut down on your meat intake to once a week, if not completely. |

"+ they own a remarkable amount of vitamins" true
"- they lack proteins"
false, in fact, most people in the developed countries suffer from eating too much protein. eating a variety of veges and legumes will give you more than enough protein
"- lack the sufficient amount of fat"
plant food such as nuts and veges contain light and healthy fats and oils. it is all you need. your body does not need a tub full of lard to function. |

@James
(assuming you're male)
reported by the CDC, the leading cause of death in middle aged men is heart disease. try saying that stuff you're saying when you're in your late 30s, early 40s, and your arteries are all clogged up with unneeded cholesterol. |

"im scared now..o3o"
so was I. that's why I stopped eating most meat. now I only eat it on special occasions, or if I don't have any other option.
I just finished some spinach enchiladas :) they were delicious. |

Lets just say this... You can trade with those beans to get some protein in exchange for gas. |
