fasting is terrible period especailly since olympians haave to fit 9,000 Calorie intake in a day and they are only allowed to eat at night and no way your gonna scraf down 9,000 calories in nights that are about what for like what 12 hours and get sleep. I saw on espn classic where these three guys ran like 80+ marathons over 3 months or so through Western Africas and through the saharah desert. it got to the point they had almost 0% body fat and where literally running off what ever the hell they could eat cookies and crap load of other junk food and really not the best situation yes you get the fat stored back into your body but the general things that it will do to your body wont keep you at 100%
Fasting is a bad idea and i think it was worse when the higher ups of the muslim religion said that Religion first and your dreams and job second (which understandable cause there job is religion based) but at the same time they fail to realize that the olympic games is there dream destanation and they dont want to give up on it so easy. The purpose of religion is to suppose to find inner peace and a set ethics code that your suppose to follow by for the majority as well as having that moral code it helps you find a creatin happines and fulfillment but it contradicts at this point cause the fact you tell people to quit on there dream even though the musilm higher ups called it a hobby.
TL;DR
Its bad to fast period, running, weightlifting, any strenous actvities that you do on a daily
also the muslim faith and its higher ups say put the faith over "hobbies" like the olympics when most people the olympics is a dream that get there which is a delima |

| Most of the people that are fasting during this Olympics are postponing their fast because of the Olympics. |

Let me rephrase what I said, that didn't go well.
Most Olympians postponed their fasting period for after the Olympics. |

You guys dont get it
Olympians are allowed to be refrain from fasting because it is a special event for them
BUT they have to make up for it later in life. SO when they are retired, they have to fast for like 2 months instead of 1 to make up for the time they were not fasting.
Also, "children" |
