You can screw with individual themes and the Lua language file, or clone the .tmLanguage file Lua has and modify it for ROBLOX Lua.
I did it for LÖVE. |

Normal Lua syntax highlighting is good enough, I think.

Spelling != Pronouncing.
It's.pronounced as Leuf // löf (German and Swedish) // løf (Norwegian and Danish) |

German uses ümlauts for double vowel (pronouns). Ö = eu ü = oe ä = ee, é |
