Well I'm 15, and a wrestler in highschool, so I can show you up.
What I do at practice:
8 reps of 100 push ups 8 reps of 150 sit ups 5 reps of 15 pull ups 10 reps of 15, 150 lb bench press 10 reps of 15, 120 lb incline bench press 5 reps of 20, 200 lb dead lift 5 reps of 10, 100 lb military press 1 rep of 100, 30 lb curls 8 reps of 15, 140 lb leg lifts and a round on the pegging board
And that's the weight building part of practice. The second half is technique.
