(This is ILUVRoblox0920. I, *cough* *cough*, decided to change my Username.)

Many people do not read the TOS, instead skipping it for the actual game. Or people do read it, but the thing is that some rules, such as ODing, and offsite links, are NOT explicitly straight-out mentioned in the TOS. Instead we have this sentence:

"So that everyone has a good time, you understand and agree that you will not post or send through the site any words, images or links containing or relating to:

...other information that ROBLOX deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate for this site"

This sentence can be translated in multiple ways. What SORTS of "other information that ROBLOX deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate for this site" is the TOS referring to?

I have an idea. Every time a new User joins ROBLOX, they will be FORCED to read the TOS before entering the game. Then again, they may simply enter the page and then leave immediately, so they would probably need to answer a quiz about it or something.

If a new User breaks one of the rules in the TOS, they will be explicitly told what they did wrong (instead of having an ambiguous note and not knowing what happened), and then forced to re-read the TOS and then answer some questions about what they read.

Afterwards, if they end up breaking the same rule, they will get the usual ban.

The "forced to re-read the TOS then answer questions" penalty would only apply to every NEW rule the User breaks (the questions would be slightly different and jumbled up each time) If they break the same rule again, they will receive the usual ban penalties, which would increase every time the User breaks the same rule again and again.

So, especially for those rule-breakers, the TOS would be imprinted into their skulls from then on, after answering all those questions, until they know it by heart.

This will also discourage alts from being made. Thoughts?

(By the way, I'm a bit tired, so don't get angry if some of the stuff I typed out doesn't make much sense)

Hm. Seems a bit cruel, seeing that its a force, rather than a requirement. But then again, this is getting the word out.

Ehh, I remain neutral on this topic.

This will help, by reducing alts, and by lifting some of the weight off mods' backs by, supposedly, reducing bans/reports.

@Evelio - I know you can look up the answers.

But if they ignore the rules, they will have to take more tests and keep answering them until they remember the answers by heart, even if they have googled them, they would still remember them from copying and pasting so much.

I think forcing is a bit too harsh. The TOS is pretty long and little kids being forced to read it could be a bit annoyed. They will eventually get banned if they break the rules and it's their fault. I'm 50-50 on this.

@Nigel - But they can just make alts to evade the ban, and if every alt will have to do this then that means less alts.
