Due to the newest upgrades on the KA Starships breaking entirely, the Starship's systems will be remade, along with the ships themselves, as dull, hollow ships are very unattractive. The original intended upgrades will also be implimented into the remakes.
There is also a side project, being done by MM233, for remaking KA's guns.
The main project remakes are not 100% remakes, as some things will be changed on the Starships. Below is a list of what will happen on the Starships: (In order)
- Design Starship interiors/exteriors. (Bridge, Engineering, Medical, Hanger, Docking, internal/external hull, and anything else depending on ship class.) - Remake weapon systems. (Weapons will be used on Turrets prior to Arrays.) - Update defence systems. (A Point-Defence system will be added into this, that can be activated/deactivated.) - Redesign drive system. (Mostly just to make it look prettier.) - Remake shuttle and escape pods system. (Apparently the kit actually turned out to hate working with itself.) - Remake other systems. (Tractor beam will be a basic grappling hook on a turret, transporter will be one beamer prior to two, communications console will have a full out fleet channel system, self destruct, etc.) - Add in remaining intended updates. (Bringing back Red/Yellow/Green/Blue alert, ship-to-ship docking system.)
If you wish to help with this, this is a list of what you can send me:
- Hull decals. (Preferably the same colour/texture as Pre-Federation Starfleet ships from Star Trek, but the only two requirements are: It's an acceptable colour, and it works on the ship.) - A turret. (No more than 10 bricks, preferably a 2 brick weld turret.) - A new design for a shuttle. (If you want specs, PM me.) - A grappling hook. (Not the one that pulls you, one that works like a tractor beam.) - A Red/Yellow/Green/Blue alert system. (Preferably voice command, keep in mind script will be regened.)
There are also a few ideas I had in mind to go in the project, but first I want your feedback on them.
- Praesidio's saucer deattaching from main hull. (The only real difficulty with this is redesigning the hull in between the two sections, everything else is based on me being bothered or not.) - Adding a hologram communications system. (Like from Star Wars. This is new to me, and I would much prefer that if this were to go ahead that someone lends me it instead of me doing it from scratch being clueless, as this takes weeks for me.) - Wormhole drive. (Instant travel to any destination, but long cooldown.) - Games room. (Nothing fancy, just a room with seats that have a big list of GUI games. [Warning, about to FM some of them if you don't give me any. =P ])
Extra ideas from you lot will be appreciated.
The upgrades will be done on the Praesidio class Frigate. (I'm not expecting many people to know this ship class anyways. It's a half saucer with a hanger on the back, with big nacelles, much like the Half Saucer from Star Trek Enterprise.)
I'll update this every few days or so.

| Make the SD have a radius of explosion around the ship, like 20 studs in every direction of so. That way as a last resort you can activate the SD then ram the other ship and take them down with you. Oh and let the pilot choose how much time the SD will take. :D |
