Starving yourself actually will NOT help you lose weight. You're body needs fat to produce energy. So when you actually do eat something, like that yogurt cup, you'll gain a ton of weight because your body is trying to make energy, especially because you sound like a sporty person, who would typically eat more for more energy.
Instead of starving yourself, just eat healthy, and get simple exercise. Oatmeal, granola cereal or fruit for breakfast, a light soup, salad or just some vegetables for lunch, and a homemade dinner without cheese or butter.
If you're a big soda drinker, don't opt for Diet Soda, it leaves you feeling hungrier rather than content, causing you to reach for a bag of chips or other unhealthy snacks. Try a low-sugar juice or water instead.
As for snacking itself, often you'll want something salty- un-buttered popcorn is actually a incredibly healthy snack, and if you add salt it should settle that craving. If you want candy, or other sugary foods, try a sweeter fruit like strawberries or blueberries.

Well, I'm also one of those kids that eat a lot. So I need to cut down on eating anyway. I eat more than the average person and is always hungry, even if I ate a lot of food.

Fine, you and my mom convinced me. I won't starve myself, I'll just eat less and exercise more. My mom is making dinner and I'll get less spaghetti than usual.

| First of all, eating less will NOT help as much as you think. A better idea instead of starving yourself is to eat healthier. That means a balanced diet. Also, you should eat more often but in smaller quantities. You shouldn't feel really hungry or really full. And of course, exercise. 1 hour a day. Doesn't really matter what you do, just make sure you're active. |

I just ate a quarter plate of spaghetti instead of a full plate. I drunk some fruit water, then I ate these mini ritz bits cheese crackers.

| 1 pound = 3500 calories, so if you cut 500 calories out of what you eat every day, you'll lose 1 pound per week. Add exercise that and you'll be able to enter the football thing. |
