BIG headline that says:
These rules apply to every category/sub-section in the forum.
1. Members are not allowed to engage in threatening behavior against other members.
2. No threats.. that is a no-no.
3. No posting anything "adult-only".
4. No ban-evades.
5. Don't beg for donations.
6. No spam.
7. Type like an intelligent being.
8. No shooting down other users.

| We already have the forum rules in RT (for all forums, not just RT), we have the TOS and Community Guidelines as well. |

Oh sure. I mean little kids who get on this site are going to know how to get to those places.
Don't you think it be much easier to hover your mouse over forum and click Forum Rules?
TOS is too wordy, and most kids can't read as well.
Community guidelines is a lot better, but only way I know how to get there is thru TOS, and help.
I don't know why ROBLOX is trying to be sophisticated with their rules. It should just be simple statements like:
1. No cussing. 2. No threats.
Catch my drift? |

How about something easier because I doubt they still would even take the time to look over the Forum Rules.
You should make the forum rules mandatory. So, on their first time in the forums, they have to read the forum rules for each and every forum. So, it's mandatory for them to go on each page. This actually might slow down trolling. Also, first time you click forum button, you have to agree with a "ROBLOXian Contract."
