this is a thread for those who work out a lot
for me: i'm on a dedicated 6 day a week schedule
today: running warmup
4x (starts with a break between each exercise, then a break every two exercises then no breaks) box jumps with side burpie pushup rows kettlebell swings naked getups (no you wear clothes while doing it)
then resisted low walk |

| 1 mile sprint, calf press, leg press, stationary bike, abs, obliques, chest, bicep curls, pushups, weights, bench press, triceps extension, stretches. Takes an average of 2 and a half hours. Every other day. |

3 bowls of cereal. 6 Eggs. A lot of waffles. A dozen sausage links.
Sits in chair until lunch.
2 Hamburgers 1 large set of fries 1 Soda as large as can be.
Sits in chair until dinner.
3 servings of Spaghetti 7 pieces of garlic toast 4 servings of Mashed potatoes
Sits in chair until desert.
A whole cake.
Believe it or not my BMI is under 20. |

| Onlything I do is machines on 70 pounds treadmill going 9MPH and hours of cardio however u spell it. I need moar different workouts! |

| @tato, I get variety from my soccer & track workouts, so I tend to get lazy in my personal workouts. |

45 push ups 25 chin ups 3 mile run. 45 sit-ups
I leave the rest of my workout to organized sport leagues. I also do warm-ups before my workout.
