| Thus they cannot teach well because they can't relate to there soldiers, they probably haven't been low rank in years, most of the time, not all of them. |

| You know, I've never seen you before. But you just clarified a major problem in the clan world many people ignore, like the tank group on the left (killzone 3 reference). |

Wow, i am surprised someone agrees with me. I am sure alot of you have heard it though.
All i am saying, is alot of HRs have been HRs for a long time, and get bored and want to have fun, but still.
Also, by HRs, i also mean leaders, especially leaders of old groups, because they have probably never been in a low ranking position. |

Hmm...
I've purposely put myself into a LR's position multiple times while I was a clan leader of a larger clan. (APN, SiC).
It does help to have humility, and when I was a lower rank originally, I was ignored for 5 months, so I did my best to prevent it.
I don't think many people could disagree with what you're saying. It's always a good thing to be on the bottom sometimes, and I've always preached the the followers are as important, if not more important than the leaders.

| I agree, it would be interesting if alot of Superclans were LRs working the way up in at least one group. |

The longer you are in the clan, [no matter what your status may be] the more you cope with the members.
There's a reason why there should be patience when trying to achieve a high rank in a clan. The patience is there to interact with the members and know the clan. Sincerely. |

If Stahl and Orlock were nicer they'd be like this:
Stahl: What about the tank group on the left?
Orlock: Stahl, just shutup. |

| I sometimes miss being a low rank. Things were actually alot better. Roblox was more fun. It's very destructive nowadays. |
