Hello O.i.T.s! This guide will tell you everything you need to know about being promoted in the OiT and graduating! ___________________________________________________________________________ Table of Contents --------------------- 1) OiT Member Rules 2) OiT Acceptance 3) Level 1-4 advancement 4) Level 5 advancement

5) Worker Rules 6) Trainings 7) Who to Promote/Demote ___________________________________________________________________________ 1) OiT Member Rules ------------------------ 1) OiTs must use grammar AT ALL TIMES!!! 2) You must respect your High Ranks no matter what. 3) When at training, listen closely to the trainer's directions. 4) Make sure to wear the Low Rank uniform still until you graduate. 5) Do not ask for trainings or promotions on the wall. ___________________________________________________________________________ 2) OiT Acceptance -------------------- If you wish to be accepted into the OiT group, send an Entry Manager a PM saying: "OiT Entry Request". From there they will either accept/reject you. Note; you must be rank [10] to get in. ___________________________________________________________________________ 3) Level 1-4 advancement ------------------------------ To be promoted from Levels 1-4, you must attend OiT Trainings. If you stay until the end, you may get promoted. Note; only 3 people get promoted at every OiT training. ___________________________________________________________________________ 4) Level 5 advancement ---------------------------- To graduate from Level 5, you must answer 18 or more questions correct out of 20. The test link can be found in the OiT group description. After you answer them all in send in your answers like told to do so on the test forum, your test will be graded. If you pass, you will be promoted to Officer in the main group. Congratulations! ___________________________________________________________________________

___________________________________________________________________________ 5) Worker Rules ------------------- Trainer: Trainers, OiT trainings need to be the most strict of trainings. That means if someone messes up, ban them. We only want the best of the best in the HRs and we can't have the immature, undisciplined, or unskilled in the HRs.
Entry Manager: When you get a PM, make sure they use grammar. If they do not, reply to them that they need more grammar, and to try sending it again with grammar. If they are rude about it, let them know and reject them. AKA, don't let "noobs" in.
Test Grader: If you are a test grader, make sure that they sent their test in the correct way. If it is not sent in the correct way, reply to them saying that their test was not sent in the correct way. If they pass, send them a message back congratulating them. Then promote them to the rank "Officer+" in the OiT. From there, contact a General+ to promote them! ___________________________________________________________________________ 6) Trainings -------------- As mentioned above, trainings must be VERY strict. When you start training, wait 5 minutes. After that, if someone comes late, ban them. Their fault for showing up late, not yours. You may train them however you wish, but if someone messes up with say, disrespect, talking when not suppose to, no grammar, etc. Ban them. It is their fault. Also, PLEASE NOTE!!!! Only promote !3! OiTs at the end of each training. If the others complain, it is your choice to punish them or not. ___________________________________________________________________________ 7) Who to Promote/Demote ------------------------------- Some of you may ask, "Well what should I look for when promoting/demoting?".
Promoting: Look for people using good grammar and acting as a leader. Promotions do not have to come from trainings. If you notice someone standing out at a Fort, let them know that they are doing good, and promote them if you wish!
Demoting/Exiling: If someone is not using grammar (If they correct themselves without help it is fine, we all make mistakes), Being rude or disrespectful to HRs, not following orders. I like the post exept for the standing out at forts part, because I find it is not true. For example on the last day of fort spark I had 79 kos and 11 wos also today was a day of many mass raids at voltaic and I had 165 kos and 31 wos did I get a promo no.

| One does not simply get a promotion for a good KDR. OiTs are supposed to show skills AND leadership. |
