I have a navigation bar set up for a webpage I'm creating and my CSS isn't taking effect on to the elements with the class of CustomButton. Can anyone see the problem? I took of the HTML tags because Roblox won't accept them in posts.
button class="CustomButton" id="homeTab" onclick="switchContent('home')" Home /button
button.CustomButton { background-image: url("img/button_normal.png"); } button.CustomButton:hover { background-image: url("img/button_up"); } button.CustomButton:active { background-image: url("img/button_down.png"); } |

"Spritesheet?"
why do people develop websites without even knowing the basics of the markup languages they are using? |

^ no <:O
Spritesheet is where you clump the images into one image and use background position to position the image in the div.
I have had this problem before I think. Did this happen to be ran in chrome? And have you ran it in another browser? |

| Also, you do have height/width elements on the div tags right? |

| Oh, it might be because it is a button. I would just use a div tag. |

@Garnished
Yep...And in my humble opinion it's only good for looking up some tags, property's,etc. you forgot about. |

| @WildSurvial; I'm running it in Firefox. So using a div would work? |

When you only care about your browser displaying it right it's a sign you should stop developing for the web. People who do this are ruining the web and making it a maze of compatibilities. |

| Well, what im talking about a caching issue for chrome, not for the browser compatibility. There are alot of factors that can effect this. We would have to see more of your code to find the problem, im pretty sure. |

@trappingnoobs; I'm not only making it for Firefox. I'm saying, that's just what I've been running it in when I test it.
@wildsurvival; So what, you need my whole HTML page? |
