I'm not talking about player-made fog, nor am I suggesting fog be implemented. It already has. Learn to read.
What I'm suggesting is this: Have an option to have ROBLOX's fog obscure the sky as well as distant bricks. |

-facepalm- Supporting this. I myself, would like to have a fog, that looks and is customizable EXACTLY like this one, but also fogs the sky. That way, I don't see any more flying trolls throwing gigantic swords at my head in the fog. Again; support. >Random ranting< Oh? Whats this? It was already made by a user? You think I care? If it has already been made, that's making it MORE LIKELY to occur because it is EASIER for the Mods, Devs, and Admins to program into the system.

| I don't understand what you mean. You didn't add enough details. |

Theres plenty of details. Setro, you know how the fog shows up in front of bricks? His suggestion is for it to do that in the sky as well. Actually, I just thought of a simple but long way of a player able to do this. Put a brick or brick set above your entire game a few thousand studs. >.>

jacob726,
Thanks for your support.
shortPinman,
Again, I wasn't talking about player made fog. I'm talking about the real thing, not a simulation with bricks or spheres. I wouldn't want to have to dig through free models to find the best one either. |

| Too realistic. Then roblox wont be roblox anymore if it gets too realistic. |

kylesjob,
That's a stupid reason. Roblox isn't your average lego game. It's made to allow dynamic gameplay, not just to build stuff.
shortPinman,
That's still a simulation, and I have no idea how that would make fog, but it's irrelevant. Roblox has implemented realistic fog already, there's no point in extra scripting to attempt to recreate what's already there. There's also no reason to oppose this idea. It's merely an improvement on an existing feature. |

That's a horrible reason to not approve of this idea. In fact, that's a great reason for the mods to actually make it.

Also, @sPm: PAy attention, pay REAL close attention to this. ~>ROBLOX ALREADY HAS FOG MADE AS A LIGHTING PROPERTY!<~ What this idea is saying, is to make it so the fog shows up in the sky as well as where it ~>ALREADY<~ shows, on the group.

| It's a good reason because it gives them a starting point; rather than them going from scratch. |

shortPinman,
How many times do I need to tell you this? They have ALREADY implemented fog.
And just how can a billboard GUI be used for fog anyway? It's limited to a single location. |

It's called improving something they already made. They didn't do it well the first time, so the logical thing to do would be to fix it. Deal with it.
