That's one of the issues with that many ranks.
It's not only hard to manage them all, but it's basically like this:
Low rank Med rank Med rank Med rank Med rank Med rank Med rank High rank Owner
-- All of the in-between ranks are basically just.. There. They don't mean anything, and it would be painful to try and find some special thing that only that rank can do. |
