Apparently there's going to be a new android-based console coming out. It'll cost $99.
The console is called Ouya. You don't buy games for it in a store, but you download the games from their online store.
You can develop your own games for it and put them in the store.
Console gaming is bigger than PC gaming, and with the low cost of this one and what you can do with them they'll probably be pretty popular.
This is a great way for you to make money if you're good at programming, and will also help a ton of indie developers.
It's like an indie console. |

its specs are almost as good as the PS3 (and parts of it are better). |
