I am very bored and just watching a bunch of reruns and ESPN right now.
So what teams are doing good... My Natinals are :D
Even if donny says that Cain isn't going to lose this game tonight I think it will be a fight on the mound. Of course the Giants are going to take advantage of Detwiler but as long as Davey keeps the veterans in the infield and Morse in center with Harper in right and Ankiel in left we will have a fighting chance.

Roblox don't you remember the last time Bryce played center?
Went for a ball that was clearly the left fielder's and then dropped it...

The Blue Jays have played well except the first game in that series versus Kansas City.
Carlos Villanueva dominated the Royals last night with a scoreless 7 innings of work.

| Zammy, the 1st game the Jays gave up a grand slam. So I would agree. XD |

Trout is playing on a worse team than Harper.
Which is why he is helping them more than Harper is.

Imma use saber metrics on this.
The reason why strikeouts are so important is because the Giants are 8th in majors at BABIP. Witch is Batting Average on Balls in Play, the Giants also hit ground balls 48.2%. How does that calculate to hits? 80 hits on the ground. 3rd in the majors with a IFH% of 7.4%.
No matter what defense you have, if it finds a whole. Nobody will get it, and that is how the Giants have won so many of their games. |

| @FIRE yes ik. and if Harper was on the Angels instead of Trout, Angels wouldn't be as good as they are right now. |

Alex we wouldn't know that unless it actually happened.
Donny, we'll see how many balls you guys can get on the ground when Ross starts pitching. He has around 50 strikeouts on the year I think, nowhere near Cain, but, he doesn't have the same amount of starts as Cain, either. He has been struggling lately but I think that should turn around today now that he is back home and has had a few days to look over the Giants offense.

So far I would rate them around equal.
Bryce was going from completely stupid plays to amazing plays every other game when Trout was doing fairly steadily well in the beginning of the season. Now Trout is starting to pull off some more good plays but I have yet to see him steal home. Harper is on a more even pace now and has quite a few home runs in the last few series. That said, Trout has scored more, but he has also had a lot longer in the minors to get ready for the show, more than DOUBLE the games Bryce played in the minors.
So it is a battle of experience and "wisdom" vs new and more daring, sometimes more stupid, ideas.

well stealing home is the only thing Trout hasn't done.
and yes i do beleive Harper will be better then Trout next year by the time the al star break comes. Im just saying so far, Trout has been better. but ya again, i do beleive Harper will be better then Trout by next year. |
