@Dr They should stand up if it's only one attacker. But if your surrounded by a dozen bullies, talking or fighting back wouldn't be so smart.
@Pepper State terror? French Revolution? Please explain. |

| @Sil- True, but I would rather take my beating fighting than just crawling into a fetal position. Plus there is a chance to take out the biggest one and the rest MIGHT scatter. |

State terror: Technique used by the government to bring fear and violence against the people.
Basically what the French revolution was. |

@Pepper Not really violence. A good beating or two shouldn't really be called state terror. And we saw heads rolling in the French Revolution. I don't think that will happen if caning is brought back. @Dr Trust me, if I was bullied, I would hurt them. But why does a bully single a victim out? Because he is weak, scared, usually doesn't want to fight. They pretty much can't fend of attackers. |

| @sil- Yes, but it's called survival of the fittest. If everyone was equal and on the same playing field, we wouldn't be human yes? |

@Dr Not really. Nowadays it's survival of the richest or the most popular. |

@sil That is what I mean, the richest and most popular have become the "fittest". As time changes, so will the meaning of fittest. |

| @dx- Never said that they are, but in today's society, they're "always right" socially. |

| I would put their parents in jail. How the hell would a kid act like this without being affected from home? |

| Its not always the parents. I know some children who have some of the strictest parents and yet, when they are out of reach of their parents they act like wild animals. |
