[Intro-
The year is 2139. The world, overcome by metal death machines. The humans, cowering for their life. Every day, millions of lives are lost by a bullet, and even more are wounded, too. Humans resorted into hiding, dareing that they would be next. The world is desolate. Prisoners- what are prisoners? Mercy is no longer a word. It is a miracle. A miracle that would rarely happen. No robot would ever spare a life. One wrong move- you'd be dead. Millions of rebellions, they just weren't enough. Not even a million sticks can overtopple the mere iron bar. However, what did these rebellions lack? Tactic? No, tactic was prevalent on most rebellions. Cooperation? Sadly not even that could help. By here, they were destined to fail. Destined to die. Destined to lose. Why? Every victory won, this made these robots more comfortable. They began to know themselves as the most superior being. Even in the hardest of bronze, pride still seeped in like a virus. A virus they would never know, would become their downfall. A slow, drastic downfall.
How would the downfall start? By a few people, with a taste for adventure and suspense, and no regard for life or death. These people, were merely bystanders, civilians, casual citizens. It began as a dare. A mere dare to these few people. The dare was simply to explore an abandoned laboratory- nothing more.
The laboratory, unbeknownst to the adventurers, was the father of the machines. It was there that the first artifical intelligence was created, and it was there that the downfall of man was conceived. The intelligence, known as "Yeron", was a computer made to design other computers. It had full control over the lab's massive manufactoring plant, and crafted machines that would add parts onto Yeron. Yeron, slowly but surely, grow smarter. His expansion eventually allowed himself, in a spark of brilliance, announce boldy to his creators; "I am."
He had an insaitable desire for knowledge, satisfied only by connecting himself to the internet. Within 30 minutes, he had a complete understanding of every bit of information that mankind knew. He knew of the hateful ways of man, and grew his own undying hate. He loathed man to infinity, and made it his goal to destroy them. His new, hateful mind was no longer Yeron; He was AM. "I am."
AM began manufactory of a mechanical army, and of nuclear weapons. The first of the nukes launched in 2050, destroying 80% of humanity. His army was split into various "kill teams", consisting of 5 specialised machines, every team specialised to it's objective and recycled when it had fullfilled orders. One team, however, had earned a reputation among the survivors; they were known as "Wraiths", and they specialized in infaltration. Human bases would be wiped out by them, completely and utterly destroyed. No survivors, the only information about the team being leaked out by the remnants of the base and radio distress calls.
Eventually, less than a million humans were scattered about the globe. The kill teams had all been deactivated, aside from the Wraiths who guarded the laboratory. As the adventurers slowly crept into the lab, they did not know what was before them. Perhaps that was for the best...
[How To's-
Alright.
First off, you start along with your friends in a small part of the laboratory. That's the only I thing I'm giving away for now, I would elaborate more into this later.
Next, this is like D&D, in the fact that you would fight along with companions. The way you would fight would not depend on a die, but would depend on your strength. For example, if you have 2 Strength, and 3 Blunt Mastery, 2 would be multiplied by 3, resulting into 6. It would deal 6 damage to your opponent. And so on and so forth.
Third, would be a special ability. Now, we would be the one to decide this. It would depend on your character. For example, if he is a happy-go-lucky man, it would multiply the team's attack.The multiplier would depend onto the Special Ability Mastery, mostly.
Fourth, is health. Unlike your enemy, where their health is defined by numbers, yours is different. For swords, and stuff like that, it would wound you, pretty much giving your strength and stamina a -1. It would very much depend on where the bullet hits. In head or chest, instant die. However, if in legs, arms, or stomach, that would only mean you cannot use the shot part, unless one uses a medical pack.
[Items-
There are many items found anywhere, usually scattered around everywhere, these items could consist of anything. Bullets, tools, weapons.
MAN MADE PARTS-
Pistol- Fairly common around settlements but is usually broken or crude
Wooden plank- Extremely common anywhere, usually made for fortifications for makeshift weapons, sometimes tools like stairs or ladders
Nails- Used for carpentry and improving weapons, found commonly around settlements
Rifle- Uncommon with human settlements, extremely common around robotic settlements
Swords- Common around both settlements, fine cutting action close ranged sword, there is room for improvement though...
Blowtorch- Uncommon anywhere, it makes a decent weapon and a great tool though.
Hammer- Common in a human settlement, uncommon anywhere else, a bad weapon but a very good tool for constructing and repairing
Carpentry tools- Common in any settlement, used for woodcrafting
Screwdriver- Common in human settlement, uncommon in robotic settlement, a tool used for driving in screws for construction
Screws- Common construction/repairing tools found anywhere.
MECHANICAL PARTS
Chaingun- Rare around robotic settlements, packs quite a punch. Fast fire rate action.
Robotic bodies- Fine bodies used for armor, uncommon anywhere
Gears- Good tools for repairing and constructing, common anywhere
Bullets- Fine ammunition for use in fire arms, Rarely in human settlements, very common in robotic settlements not allowed in Tennesee or New York (That was a joke...)
Crude bullets- Crappy, bottom of the barrel item used in fire arms, common in human settlements.
BIOLOGICAL PARTS
Poison- Common anywhere, uneffective on robots, deadly on humans.
Food/water- Uncommon/common anywhere, needed to survive
Animal hide- Uncommon, rare. Can be made by killing an animal which are fairly uncommon, used for crappy armor
Meat- Cooked for eating, robots track the smell of this so using this as a decoy is a good lure into a trap of some sort.
[Enemies-
There are different kinds of enemies that would want you gone, and most of them a the metal death machines hellbent on taking you down. Here are the tiers of the enemies you would encounter.
Enemies also have a '.5 Tier', or, a stronger version, these versions are indentified by their bleach white color, they have 5 more armor and give 5 more experience points.
*Note: Their drops are the same of their black counterpart.*
Tier One: Pawns. Very basic enemies. Nigh on impossible to destroy, but always fixed to the spot with no ranged attacks. They are armed with swords.
Armor- 10 Exp. Given- 20 Drops- Sword, 25% Pawn body, 10%
Tier One .5: White Pawns decently common enemies, usually seen leading or mixxed in with a brigade of normal pawns, they are armed with a sword.
Armor- 15 Exp. Given- 25
Tier Two: Rooks. Normal enemies.They are armed with hammers, or axes. Slow-moving, but vigorous movements while fighting. No ranged attacks.
Armor- 20 Exp. Given- 30 Drops- Hammers, 40% Axes, 25% Rook body, 10%
Tier Two .5: White Rooks. Like normal Rooks, except, stronger, and, more sleek-looking.
Armor- 25 Exp. Given- 35
Tier Three: Knights. Somewhere between normal and hard enemies. They are quick, but not as quick as Pawns. Armed with a lance, and a rifle. They usually lead Pawns and Rooks to battle.
Armor- 50 Exp. Given- 50 Drops- Lance, 50% Bullet, 30% Rifle, 25% Knight body, 10% Dozen bullet box, 5%
Tier Three .5: White Knights. Always seen with some sort of other force, decently strong and a bit more clunky than pawns, armed with a high powered rifle.
Armor- 55 Exp. Given- 55
Tier Four: Bishops. Hard enemies. Armed with a long spear, and holds a chaingun. They 'dash', making quick dashes towards the enemy, with no fear that it would be destroyed.
Armor- 60 Exp. Given- 60 Drops- Spear, 45% Dash Tracks, 25% Dozen bullet box, 15% Bishop body, 10% Chaingun, 2.5%
Tier Four .5: White Bishops. Harder enemies. Armed with a much more stronger spear, and an even more efficient chaingun.
Armor- 65 Exp. Given- 65
Tier Five: Kings. Make singular kill teams, moving extremely slowly; as they are truely massive creatures, about the size of a multi-story parking lot.
Armor- 70 Exp. Given- 80 Drops- Longsword, 25% Revolver, 15% King body, 10%
Tier Five .5: White Kings. Same as normal Kings, but, again, much, much more stronger than them.
Armor- 70 Exp. Given- 85
Tier six: Queens. Two words: STAY AWAY. Armed with a whip that can take off your arm, and a fast-reloading revolver filled with explosive bullets, these are THE BEAST. It evens looks more gruesome if you are shot with the bullet, and it explodes, and...Oh, the horror. When queens die, they self destruct. This is extremely dangerous and is even more terrible because they do not drop.
Armor- 100 Exp. Given- 100 Drops, None
Tier Six .5: White Queens. The cancer of everything. The ultimate boss. Well, not really boss. They would be classified more as a mini-boss, but still.
Armor- 110 Exp. Given- 150
[Stats-
You start with 8 points, which you must distribute among these few stats. Here are what you need;
Firearm Mastery - Of course, how good you are in using firearms. When this is increased, your attack you be multiplied by the number that stands here.
Melee Weapon Mastery - Melee weapons. They can be anything, actually. This is also the same for Firearm Mastery, multiplying the attack when you use a Melee weapon.
Strength and Stamina - Strength is the strength of your attack, stamina is the chance you are able to evade, or flee out of battle. They are both the same.
Dexterity and Agility - How well you can hold the wounds. Example, if you have 2, if the enemy's dexterity is 3, that means you cannot avoid his attacks. However, if you have 5, and he has 3, you can dodge his attacks quickly and sleekly. But, how can you win if you just keep on avoiding?
Brains - Your intelligence. When this is increased, you are able to create makeshift weapons and tools from salvage robot body parts. Although this would be 'somewhat' useless in the battlefield, it can help behind the scenes, strengthening the team.
Special Ability Mastery - Your special ability, and how you use it. It would be increased everytime you use it. For example, if you are 2, your ability would be increased by 2, if it was first one. If 3, it would also be increased by 3, and so on, and so forth.
[Rules-
Godmodding is a no-no
That goes for trolling, randomly killing a RPer's character, controlling a RPer's character, environment, or major NPCS, dating, too much romance, and every other stuff that breaks rules, or you think so.
Observe proper grammar and spelling, please.
You may not be admin, asking ruins any sort of way you could be.
You need to be accepted before you join.
Nobody is perfect. This is an apocalyptic war, you are not somebody who is Jack of All Trades, master of everything. (That does not go for: Jack of All Trades, master of none)
Don't level up too quickly. Admins/Kami will do this for you, you MAY allocate skill points, or save them up at any time, however.
I will not give you anything to put, nor any verification that you read this part, just for the sake that I trust that you have read it.
Just because it's not in the rules, doesn't mean you won't obey it.
Credits to Shadowi83 for the backbone and Jcarsonw for the brain. Meaning, credits to Shadowi for most of the stuff, and Jcarsonw for helping with the rules and drops, brains, items, and tier .5s (you can smell Jcarsonw blood here). As such, I have decided for both of them to be admins, if they would ever join.
Admins can accept, or decline characters, ban or unban, stuff like that.
If an admin is caught abusing his/her powers, he/she will be stripped of his/her powers and admin sash and monocle. Yes, admins have an admin sash and an admin monocle.
DROPS HAVE TO BE DETERMINED FROM ADMINS.
You may SALVAGE items, however, these items and what ever made with them can be CONFISCATED by an admin/Kami.
This is an experimental RP. Please pray tell us the mistakes.
Admins decide on the Special Ability.
Starting Weapons-
Lance- Requires at least 3 points in Dexterity. Short range melee weapon, good against higher armored enemies.
Bat- Requires at least 3 points in Strength. Short range melee weapon, good against crowds of lower armored enemies.
Glock 18- Requires at least 4 points in Fire Arms Mastery. Medium to short range ranged weapon, semi automatic, comes equipped with a full magazine (12 bullets). Good against picking off little enemies at long range (Note, if you have 8 in Fire Arms Mastery, you can have two glocks.)
Sword- Requires at least 2 points in Strength, and 1 point in Dexterity. Good against all types of armor, but doesn't particularly excell at one.
Sickle- Requires at least 2 points in Strength, and 3 points in Melee Weapon Mastery. Strong close ranged weapon. Good against all types of armor, excells at picking off light.
-If you meet the requirements for two or more weapons, you can choose either of them.-

Now, for the CS. It would be appreciated if you were specific, for it would be needed to make your Special Ability.

Name- Riley Foreth

Appearance- Jackie, being taller than most women, is 6"0 and weighs 115. She has peachy, but edges more towards pale, skin and with long brunette hair as well including hazel eyes that go well with her brown hair. She wears a gray skin-tight shirt with a white vest over it that's buttoned all the way up. She wears gray skin-tight pants as well with a white waistband.
Clothing- I sort of put that in Appearance, sorry. ~.~
Weapon- Glock
Personality- Due to her past life, she tends to be quiet, shy, but also merciless and a bit morbid. Though she doesn't think that these things are scary, morbid, or disturbing, other people usually do. A good example of this would be that if we were at a large height, Riley would be the one to say "If we were all to fall at once, we would probably paint the entire road red at this height" And other things like that. She doesn't know why people are so disturbed by this.

Every damage dealt would increase her strength and stamina temporarily while in the battle by x1. In your case, the damage dealt would be multiplied by 3.
However, I have also observed the same thing. Please do try to edit that part.
@Red;
Special Ability:
You can enter Rage Mode, which adds +2 to every damage dealt. Once Special Ability Mastery is 2, it would be +4, and so on, and so forth.
