Would have to have a local and global version, that way Local could be used for slow-motion effects (like the above Sniper-Bullet idea) without, ya know, stopping an Assault Rifle firefight, and global could be used for...... okay, IDK what global could be used for, either way...

By 'local' and 'global' Do you mean slowing down the client, because that would be pretty buggy to fit in with networking physics
