I walked about 3.5 (jogged about 1/4th of it) and I had to go to Football Practice after.

On average.
Bruce Lee jogged about 7.5 miles a day.

Soccer doesn't involve a lot of body power.
You need a balance of speed, power, and stamina in Football which is hard to achieve.

weight limits were the worst though... we had weight limits in grade school and i had to lose 35 pounds to play tight end
i ran 7 miles a day and only had egg whites (breakfast) and salad(dinner; no lunch) to eat for two weeks |

During tackle football last year, our coach made us sprint the from one endzone to the other like 10 times. After everybody got there, then we got like 5 seconds of rest then they made us sprint again.

Soccer doesn't invovle body power? PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Soccer and Football are very demanding sports. Both require strength speed stamina and balance. Don't undermine another sport just because you haven't tried it. |

This is why I don't play sports.

They make you do all this sprinting and running laps to make you stronger and to increase your stamina. Now sprinting back and forth like that doesn't make me that tired.

| Of course it doesn't because you have to get used to it. I'm just complaining about it like everyone else on the thread because its annoying and nobody would do it willingly. |

I've also had to do suic.ides. But it was called the 500 yard challenge or something.
You run to the 10 and run back to the endzone.
You run to the 15 and run back to the endzone.
You run to the 20 and run back to the endzone.
You run to the 25 and run back to the endzone.
You run to the 30 and run back to the endzone.
You run to the 35 and run back to the endzone.
You run to the 40 and run back to the endzone.
You run to the 45 and run back to the endzone.
You run to the 50 and run back to the endzone.
Now you're done and you can rest.
